Taco Bell

The quality of the food, speed of service, and friendliness of the staff has improved tenfold since the rebuilt this location. My initial review was 3/5, but everything has turned around here, and this is now my preferred Taco Bell to visit. Definitely earned a 5/5.

I always enjoy the food & usually the service, but last time I went it seemed there were no adults working & the kids working were not the best at customer service. I waited about 15 minutes for 2 tacos & a beefy 5 layer burrito in a bowl.

The Workers in this Taco Bell are overworked an short staffed. The Drive through is packed an it takes forever to get your order inside. They deserve our patience and Smiles because they "STILL" Put out a Fantastic product and show up for work..Because they care!!

I know it's just taco Bell BUT the people who work here are really awesome. Every one of them is very nice. We only go in the evening time, I can't account for any other time of day. I like ordering from the kiosk, I haven't had an order messed up but one time and they fixed it right away. The people who work there keep us coming back. The restaurant is clean for a fast food place. I live in another town with a taco Bell and I don't eat there because the place is awful.

The ladies that work the drive thru at this Taco Bell are so pleasant and efficient! I enjoy the occasional Breakfast Box here and they make me feel valued as a customer and help to make my day brighter.

We ordered the $5 Grande Nachos box and the $5 Cravings box. It was more than enough for us two. Danielle our order taker was patient and kind as I hadn't been to TB in awhile and didn't know the layout of the menu board. I would have liked a little more meat and sour cream though. Food was great!

I would like to thank the people at the main street Taco Bell in Suffolk,Va. for making good on my order tonight.I was not very clear on what I wanted from the menu. To remake my order without "my" mistakes,made my night.I have to commend the workers making up the orders for listening to the clerk on the register and having the order filled and ready even before we had filled our drink cups. To me that was some of the best service I have had in a long time....No dirty looks, just a smile and good service.Kudos Taco Bell...

Always fresh when ordered. Only issue was I substituted the cheese nachos for cinnamon twists and the cheese nachos were in the box. They were fresh along with everything else in the box.

It has been a while since I had been to a Taco Bell, maybe a decade. I remember the introduction of the "al fresco". It seems to me that Taco Bell has been low key updating their offerings to appeal to the meatless crowd. There are more than enough options for the four of us to have a unique entree.

As for this particular location, the evening crew were congenial and helpful. They interacted sweetly with the girls and when I went back to order some more, one of the kitchen crew walking by greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. Like I said, it had been a while, but I was not expecting decent service. They exceeded my expectations.

Ordered on the app food was ready when I got in line...and bonus it was made correctly!!! I don't like lettuce,so if there's even a small piece I won't eat it loli swear it has a taste!!! They got my order perfect!!! Best taco bell ever

Mexican pizza is back! I also love ordering on the touchscreen...it's so much easier and it makes me feel more comfortable with add ons or removals of certain toppings cuz I feel embarrassed and/or like I'm being picky when I have to tell the cashier not to put a certain sauce on or to add sour cream, etc. Love that Mexican pizza!!

I was driving through on a road trip shortly before Christmas and stopped here. I had a special request not to grill my crunch wrap supreme,(long story) and I actually remember remarking at how well they addressed my request. It's a simple request but it's unusual and multiple people are involved in executing it and if just one person in the chain doesn't give a fork, it won't happen. Furthermore, I was not made to feel judged for the asinine request. I know it seems dramatic, because this is the bare minimum of service, but it's actually pretty rare, especially in this context. Thanks for your hard work.

Great taco Bell had to go here because the taco Bell in Franklin had no customer service. This was the third time this has happened. They need to fix the problem in Franklin or take the sign down.

thanks for bringing back the Mexican pizza it's very delicious :). All the employees are very nice and friendly and a lot of them remembers me :). please stop forcing ur costumers to go through the drive thru i hate it :(.

Very fast service, very friendly staff, food was fresh and exactly as ordered. Mexican pizza was even sliced nicely, overall great experience!

I was surprised at how good the overall experience was. The women were holding down the fort! Overall it was a pleasure to eat there. Great staff and very clean!!! I would definitely go back!

I like taco bell better than going to a Mexican restaurant..I do not like that they push ordering from the in store system..because it doest have items that I want to order listed( ex..refried beans and cheese)..

Excellent handicap clean bath room everytime I visited. Polite assosiates. I love the cheese fries!

The manager David is an asset to this company! I had an error on my order from the day before & he was very apologetic and fast at making the order correct.

It was great I got my order really fast I was in and out with no problem I like the Service think the people who works there
