We used the print services and our experience was night and day better than staples !
Jody helped get everything edited and lined up how we needed it. Super fast service and high quality prints! Highly recommend this location 💯

This is most definitely my go to UPS store. Everybody is very good there. They're just doing the best job they can. I am somebody that has returns frequently from Amazon. They keep on changing things which is making everybody's headspin. But this particular store is forthright in trying to help us, also making it very clear that they are part of a process. That is what I'm trying to say to anybody making returns. Just be kind to them because they're doing their best job possible. They have everything in stock that I need for other materials that I'm sending out. Good place to do business with!

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I have sent faxes and mailed packages and only process my Amazon returns at this store. I won't go to any other location. Thanks for excellent service.

Needed to send some items to my daughter in Indiana. Time was of the essence. Associate provided accurate quote, packaged product and shipped it. It arrived safe and sound on the expected date. Staff is friendly, efficient and very competent. Highly recommended

I saw some of these other bad reviews and thought - “I’ve been here a lot and I’ve never had a bad experience.” Seriously. I’ve done a lot of drop offs here, used their printers, and had items packaged here also. I’ve always had helpful employees behind the counter and don’t have anything bad to say after being a customer at least a dozen times.

Helpful and friendly staff. I usually prepay and label on my own account and just use this store as a drop point to keep from going to the airport, yet they treat me as if I was a store customer. I will do some business here since they are a franchise store and not a company store.

Just went into drop off two packages and a very friendly person was behind the counter named Steve who helped us with our transaction. It was a great interaction and loved the service he provided.

Same old great UPS store

Quick and efficient.

Four stars only because UPS actually lost the package being sent. However, Jodi (?) was extremely helpful in trying to track the package and once it was not found she assisted me by submitting a claim and obtaining a refund for the package fee as well as the cancelled check fee from my bank.
I would not hesitate to use this location in the future. An unfortunate incident occurred through no fault of their own - but - they worked to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
