I recently purchased a new device from Hallie in the store. Had some problems with it a week (manufacturer issues) and tried to resolve with Verizon directly. After getting the runaround, I went back to see Hallie. She got them on the phone and sorted it out quick and decisively - I was highly impressed.

Really appreciate the store's willingness to support its customers - exactly why I choose to go here.

Logan was such a joy to work with all my problems with my devised phone. He advised me of what was needed to make me happy with a new phone. His explanations of my new phone and accessories were so helpful. He cleaned up the unnecessary apps that I had and made me feel happy with the whole experience of deciding what phone to purchase. I went in to Verison on Thursday and had the best visit and customer service! Briana Tainer was professional and friendly when I went in to get a new phone, because mine had shattered. She helped get me the best deal on a new phone and got all my pictures, contacts, and messages onto my new phone. She was also just a genuinely sweet lady and we chatted like we had known each other forever. Even when two separate customers came in and were rude to her, she helped them kindly and professionally and then they even left in a better mood when she helped fix their problems. Thank you for your awesome service! Highly recommend this store!

Briana was excellent in switching over 6 lines to new service and getting new phones! She was absolutely 💯 awesome at setting everything up for us too! Very helpful when we asked her questions. Went back a couple weeks later and she was able to help with a problem I was having and got it resolved in a timely manner! She is such a sweet and polite person to deal with! Upgrading my phone was hassle free and quick, Ryan took good care of us!

I’m currently with Brandon Wells and has been transferred a dozen times and been on hold for over 45 minutes on the second phone call…all for me and my 88 year old father. Someone set up a fraudulent account in my father’s name and Brandon is helping resolve the problem. He has been extremely patient and professional while being friendly and kind…an amazing balance to achieve. He is a five-star employee. Take good care of this guy!

Logan Lowder provided the best customer service we have ever had. He took the time to set up my phone and he even managed to get my lost contacts back. He is the best!

My experience was fabulous. My Galaxy S8 totally died so I went to Verizon office in Daleville. Briana went out of her way to assist me in selecting a phone. She then transfered all my data to the new phone even though I could not even get a screen to show. She was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate everything she did to get be back up running. She is commended for going above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Briana!!!!!

I stopped by my neighborhood Verizon store. My phone was beyond needing to be replaced. I told Britney what features were most important to me. She was very helpful and very patient. She made a recommendation which I took. She transferred everything over on the spot. I'm very pleased.

I am not very savvy with my S7, and I inadvertently did a factory reset. Fearing I had lost everything on my phone, I called the Daleville location. I went in after work expecting the worst. Instead, I met Andrew. He showed me how to restore my phone's settings, etc. Then he pulled up my account to see if there were any promotions to upgrade. My screen has a little ding in it and he recommended a local repair facility. Once my screen is fixed I'm going straight back to those guys to upgrade my phone. Excellent service!

Best wireless zone store by far. I am very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in this store. They met all of my needs and I will definitely come back again! I read a negative review about this store and was completely appalled! I happened to be in the store when this same person was complaining about her bill. The staff and owner were very understanding and explained everything to her. She was completely out of line and very rude. I was witness to the entire conversation and can't believe she would write such false statements about these people! I will continue to recommend this store to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work Daleville Verizon!
