The Saleswoman, Stacy, was considerate, professional, and informative. She was very knowledgeable about recliners, which was our interest. She found one the right size and style, and we were very pleased. We recommend her highly. This is our third recliner we have bought from La-Z-Boy.

Our sales person was very helpful and insightful. She immediately picked up on what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction. She was available when we needed her but also let us browse without "hovering". Once some preliminary decisions were made, she was very helpful in recommending their designer and getting samples to take home. I am so happy with our decisions and can't wait to get everything delivered.

Stacy was a great Sales Rep. and made shopping for furniture enjoyable. She explained all of the different custom options, gave us price options and even had a co-worker set up the look of my living room with the furniture we chose on a TV monitor. There was no pressure and she gave us space to find what we like while checking up on us periodically.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rachael to put together the perfect living room furniture. We told her what we liked and she gave us all sorts of possibilities. It even took us almost 2 hours to pick out the fabrics. She was very patient. Going through the paperwork and protection plans was a breeze.

Went in, thinking we were going to purchase a chair. Although we decided to wait to free up finances to purchase a couch as well, Missy was amazing. Hope we have the opportunity to work with her again.

Our Sales Associate was Melissa Bevier. She was very knowledgeable about the product, fabrics, timings, upgrades, etc…. She was very professional in that she was well-dressed, personable, and made us feel very comfortable. She even went above and beyond and carried lamps to our car. I hope she gets some recognition for this work.

Very helpful in talking through options and materials as we were looking for a recliner! Great staff- especially Jack! Better prices and quality than other local furniture stores as well which was nice.

It took less than a couple minutes to be approached and helped in my selection of an oversized recliner. Friendly young lady was respectful despite my appearance (just got off work). Picked out the power recliner in leather and look forward to dozing off watching Netflix.

I was able to get the exact furniture I wanted in the quality I needed for a great price & fast. After experiencing other stores where I wasn't approached at all or by people who had no clue, this experience was flawless! I'll be back.

Missy was our salesperson and she was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the products and helped us each find a chair that fit our individual size. Missy was friendly and easy to work with. She took her time and encouraged us to try a variety of models to demonstrate the different comfort levels. I recommend Missy and La-Z-Boy.

Melissa Bevier took care of us. She greeted us then sent us in the right direction. When we settled in on style she was right over with fabric. Then I never had someone bring paint samples over and asked all about the flooring and wall colors. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I have never had anyone take care of us like this before. The fact they support StJude is what had us drive an hour to shop Lazy Boy in the first place so the great service was the cherry on top

It was so easy to order our new furniture. Rachel was great to work with and was of great help choosing fabric. We now have three sets of Lazy Boy furniture. You really can’t beat it for style and durability.

Lazy Boy was awesome! Everyone bent over backwards to allow me to buy a recliner that I feel in love with off the floor since I had limited time due to an upcoming surgery. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness of everyone we encountered at the store! They allowed me to have one stress off my plate. Thank you!!!

Great customer service. The design team gave great inspirations and understood the style we were going for. They were also flexible and worked late hours to accommodate us. Excited to see the furniture all fit together.

Melissa was very helpful with making me aware of the features in the big mans recliners so I could choose which would work best for me. I'm hoping the Lazy Boy brand will be the quality I've been looking for in my last couple of chairs.
