I called at 8:07 am to get pipes repaired on a hot water tank for my mother and Nate arrived within 3 hours and had the job done quickly, professionally and he was very courteous as well. Thank you for the great service!

Had a leak in main water line right before entering basement block wall. Happened on Saturday. Was promised a man would be scheduled first thing Monday morning. NATE arrived. I had dug out dirt to expose waterline going into basement wall. Nate confirmed where leak was. Worked quickly, efficiently to replace Cooper tubing thru basement wall. Added configuration to pipe leading into wall to help with any shifting of ground. Very pleased with service provided. Nate was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Had a crack in my drain stack. Jesse came out the next morning and gave a very reasonable quote (unlike another company of a similar name that quoted over 10x the price). Made an appointment. Jesse came back out, replaced the pipe, and all is good.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Jesse came out to move my water lines and install a drain so that I could bring my laundry from the basement to the first floor of my house and he was great. Very prompt, very friendly, very knowledgeable! As a first time home buyer it's nice to know I can call Jesse at Roto Rooter if I have any issues and can trust that someone competent will be there to help.

Called in with a slow drain issue in the basement drain. Nate came out and fixed the issue very promptly. I asked about cleaning out the sewer drain he gave me advice and made another appt for the following day. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Nate was out this morning to look at my tankless water heater that was giving us issues of the flame going out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had hot water back in minutes. He was very knowledgeable of the specific water heater, and I would highly recommend him for the future.

I Needed a Hot Water Tank Swapped out the other day, Nate Nichols was the Technician that came out to work on it. Arrived earlier than expected, very professional work and called me to let me know when he was arriving and also when work was completed. Work was very clean and everything was back to normal operation. Thanks again Nate for your help!!

Nate the service technician was awesome. He arrived earlier than expected and got my toilet and tub drain unplugged very quickly. He was very nice and respectful.

During the heavy storms 6 weeks ago our lower level flooded and we called Roto Rooter. They were here within an hour and a half. John got his crew here about an hour later. Turns out our sump pump had failed. While changing the pump Josh had to climb under our deck to install the new discharge hose. He did this during the storm with tornado sirens wailing. They mitigated the water within an hour or so. We had to do a 2 foot flood cut on our dry wall and Charlie kept us up to date on a regular basis on the moisture content and status of their drying equipment as well as regular monitoring of the moisture content of our walls. I don't know what they are paying these guys but it is not enough. Would highly recommend.

Had to have a shower drain replaced due to leaking. Nate was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He also made sure to clean up any messes. Would highly recommend for service.
