Kohl's

Managed to cross off everything left on my gift list on a trip to Kohls, and saved a bundle with the sale happening that day. Very pleasant store and salespeople made my day great!

i was looking for shoes for my 16-yo daughter and 14-yo son. there wasn’t anything in their selection that they liked but it seemed like the entire store was marked down. i got three pair of nike shorts that were $14-$17 dollars, plus kohl’s cash on jeans my daughter got. the cashier was friendly and had great customer service.

I was able to return a makeup purchase easily, and I found a very nice jacket on MAJOR sale! Helen , the associate was very pleasant and efficient.

Great store, Friendly staff, Great deals, Good product just a little out of sorts in certain areas, but I fault more on the customers than I do the store for that.

I was very pleased with the selection of goods to choose from and especially how quickly the checkout line went!

I was so pleased with the kindness and customer service I received with my mother in a wheelchair. An associate took our merchandise to the car!!

They have cleaned up the store and had everything looking stocked and in place. I wasn't fighting to get through the racks of clothes. There is plenty of items to shop through, but the last time I was there it had felt overwhelming, tight and claustrophobic. I did not experience any of that this time! The staff was friendly and helpful, both out on the floor and at the register. The girl at checkout was so nice! A high school girl who actually talked and interacted with us. My daughter and I both left with smiles and a laugh after the interaction with her. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She seems to like her job, so to me that speaks well of Kohls too. I will be back soon thanks to the overall experience.

The store was clean and they were moving departments around but everyone was helpful when we need assistance.

LOVE THIS STORE! I always shop the sales and clearance, yesterday when I went in for an internet return - quick and simple, easy! The sales associate in the return department was so nice and friendly, and Bill the store associate that checked us out was so nice! I was struggling with my Kohl's App and he very patiently waited for me to get my coupons pulled up! Will definitely return to Zanesville Kohl's! I hope someone from Kohl's sees this and let's those 2 employees know - they're doing a great job!

A great selection of men's apparel, shoes, pillows, and kitchen accessories. I like the clearance prices on select items.

Stopped into kohl's to get a pair of shoes for work. I found the ones I needed but not in my size. Talked with Lisa and she said there was a pair, but we were unable to find them. She was so nice and took my name and phone number if/when they found them. Thank you!

I just love coming to this store. It's always clean. The staff is always helpful and super nice. It's one of my most favorite places to get the things I need.

The fact that they make Amazon returns so incredibly painless makes this a 5. If you catch sale or clearance then buying here is fine. I wouldn't pay full price but they are great with sales and Kohls cash.
