All the employees are so nice and I feel, genuinely caring and want to help. And most of them, I've found usually know about everything in the store you could ask them about. Whether it be games, trading cards, or plushies! I used to go in everyday but my Pokemon cards started to kill my pockets. I still try to go in at least once a week! AND THEY HAVE THE NEW LOST ORIGINS POKEMON CARDS!!! Shout out to my boys on the North end store! 😁💜🔥😚

Amazing customer service from the gentleman working when I stopped in. Was very patient and helpful as I tried to figure out how to use a cardless gift card. Very friendly and was definitely the best customer service I have had at a GameStop before! I wish I had gotten his name. I stopped by at 8:15pm on 1/21/22.
