I had a shattered iPad screen that needed to be replaced and Agent Mobile was able to take care of it quickly (within a day or two) and at a good price (a fraction of what Apple would have charged). They were friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process, and also kept me informed of any potential usability changes that may have happened as a result of the repair work. I would gladly go to them again for tech repairs!

I had my very aged Imac repaired and updated by Agent Mobile and was very satisfied with their work. There were issues with some older applications that would not update, but that was more about the age of the computer and the newer operating system. I would

I brought my laptop to Agent Mobile because of its consistent and frequent BSOD. I got my laptop in about a week, and throughout that period of time, Seth kept in contact with me consistently, giving me updates on the repair. After cleaning out some corrupted files and giving it an update, I found my laptop to be running faster while testing it out inside the shop. I was also told that if the laptop starts acting up again, that I can bring it back within a month, and they'd take another look at it, free of charge. It only cost me about $50 for the diagnostics. My experience with Agent Mobile has been a positive one, and I will most definitely be returning to them if I have any other tech issues in the future. They were incredibly helpful. I recommend Agent Mobile to anyone who, like me, is not super tech savvy, and is looking to have something repaired. Thanks again, Agent Mobile!

Having trouble with my computer, they ordered a new battery. It fixed my problem. Service was very good & quick. Went to Agent Mobile today 5/9. Having trouble with Google Chrome on our tablet. He fixed our issue in a very short time. Great job.

We walked in with our laptop and they fixed it on the spot with no charge! I was expecting to have to leave it and go without while it was repaired but he knew exactly what was wrong when I described what was happening and fixed it with a few clicks. I asked how much and he said "No charge." Greatly appreciated to find service like that!

Repaired the battery on my laptop, really helpful and nice. They charge a fee up front for figuring out what's wrong with your laptop, but then it turns into a deposit for any work they do on it after the initial assessment. Overall very satisfied.

My desktop PC crapped out. I was under the gun to get some reports out. Took it in on Wednesday 10/26. Dealt with Seth, and explained the urgency. He check Ed out , and called me an hour later with diagnosis. Hard drive was shot. Gave him the go-ahead. He install new drive, transferred all my data. , and I picked it up next afternoon.

My son shattered his iPhone 11 screen. I called and they were able to fix it same day for the same price as the guys at the mall. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them in the future.

So my insurance was giving me a hard time about getting an estimate on my phone that I ran over (to replace it) and he was very honest and gave me documentation with no problem to send to my insurance. Definitely will be returning if needed!

Brian helped me out a lot. Old high school friends and the guy helped me buy and set up a new laptop from across the country. Super helpful, didn't talk down to me for my lack of computer knowledge, very professional. Anybody in the Brockport area should be using his services, I couldn't be happier.

Had minor problem with hearing conversation on phone and Agent fix it no charge. All within 10 minutes while my wife’s phone had her broken screen fixed. Great. We refere many of our friends to them!

I took my Lenovo laptop in Agent Mobile, it just wouldn't boot up after shutting it down one night. I met with Morgan and explained to him what happened, we agreed on diagnostics. Well after inspecting we thought just a good cleanup of the hdd would solve the problem of the slow boot but it ended up needing to be wiped with a fresh windows 10 install. Morgan stayed in contact with me through their open portal on their website and by phone so I knew everything that was being done. He told me every cost upfront. I can't recommend Agent Mobile enough, the laptop runs better than I remember and if I need repair or upgrades I found a great shop to work with.

I highly recommend this Awsome place. They are very knowledgeable about everything and were honest patient amiable. I will definitely be using them in the future as well as sending my friends and family there. Thank you BRIAN!!!

Asking a question to the owners... do you replace cell phone batteries for Google phones? If so how long would it take and how much would it be?
My wife was very pleased with you fixing her lap top.

Fixed my Kindle fire after water spilled on it. Helped me pick a new phone and helped with email problem. They are wonderful!
