Evan was absolutely fantastic. I already have a line set up with Verizon, but my dad needed a new phone. We were in and out in 30 mins, Evan got my dad set up with a new phone very quickly and even transferred all his data, contacts and pictures over from his old phone to his new phone super fast. On top of that I am currently a student at MCC and I did not know about the student discount Verizon offers, I showed him my ID and he was able to lower my bill for me, super happy about that. Overall my dad and I are very pleased with our visit. Thanks Evan!

We were impressed with your knowledge, suggestions, clarity and most of all friendliness and cheerful conversation. O'Neil Sang was very customer oriented today. Went in with what I thought was a broken Android screen and found that it was only the protector. O'Neil took the time to install the new screen protector and had me in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Great customer service. I let his manager know he did a great job also.

Switched me and my wife back to Verizon after making the mistake of trying Spectrum mobile, and also switched to Apple iPhone, after I have an a lifelong android user . Shane was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone to go see him! He was quick and detailed! Shane took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered, and that I left happy with what I needed and wanted! Had a GREAT expierence, switching to Verizon and coming in person. Very personable and welcoming to myself and husband. We hardly did a thing Chris H did all of the work for us and gave us an honest review of different phones. Even helped us get my son's first phone and the best cases for us all to keep our phones in tip top shape. Will love to come do service with him again.

My experience at this store and with Chris was awesome! I broke my phone and needed assistance setting up my new phone. Chris was extremely patient with me. He answered all my dumb questions and more importantly made sure that everything was set up for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was working the phone efficiently and optimally. He was also pleasant to talk to. Scott was so helpful. He made the transfer process to upgrade so seamless! He also hooked me up with a new phone case and screen protector that are perfect for what I needed. I usually hate the upgrading process but he made it easy to get through
