Good, friendly customer service. Busy, but wait time was reasonable. Burgers and chicken nuggets were very good. French fries were fresh and hot. Great deal on biggie bags.

6 hours away from home, in the Best Western Hotel, got the family with me, and the 2nd Round of the Playoffs for the NY Rangers coming on. I'm HUNGRY!!. Look at the map, what is quick, and we rarely or never get around home. Hey, a Wendy's!! 2 minutes up the road, hit the drive through, line up, but it moved right along. I got me a Dave's Double Classic and 10 piece Spicey Nuggets, Wifey got a Parmesean Chicken Ceasar Salad, kids got nugget meals. Found the staff very polite! Wasn't long waiting. Got to the room, everybody got their food, seemed happy, so I opened my Dave's Classic Double. Folks, I am 41 years old, and I have never seen fast food burgers that came out looking THIS NICE! I almost didn't want to eat it because it was put together so well!!! Veggies were fresh, just right amount of condiments, and the burgers, wow. I don't know who put that burger together, but they put some pride into their work! Thank You!

It sure wasn't one of those sad looking burgers you get elsewhere that make you have flashbacks of Michael Douglas in Falling Down.

Spicy Nuggets are always good! They were warm and fresh. I didn't mind pulling up for 2 minutes to wait if that meant my nuggets were fresh. Michael at the window is always a pleasure.

My youngest and I started going there on Tuesday's between 5 - 7 PM as a father son evening. This was when he was younger and the $1.99 kids meal would fill him up. (This is no longer advertised, but if you ask it may still be available.) We still go on Tuesday's but now we both do the 4 for $4 meals. When this started there was only one choice The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal. This one has stayed steady and still the one I go for. At one time this came with Swiss cheese. That part I miss. However my son likes the variety and the ability to make his own choices from the eight (8) different main dishes.
The image is for the donation and get a free JR Frosty with every purchase token. And if you visit only a few times over the year it has paid for itself. Sort of a buy one get one or more free.

Great management very respectful all the way around. Very clean atmosphere. Food was fresh and came fast! Will definitely be coming back to this location. Good job!

I go here all the time, food is great only one time have I had a problem which was mildly small and that had to do with a wrong order. I ordered a 5 for 5, and I got a baconatee and large fry instead, I told the workers and they were nice about it and even let me keep the food that was wrongly given to me.

Brockport Wendy's is always Fresh and Hot when I receive my food. No complaints here.

Friendly and professional service. It was busy after an event, and they did a good job of moving the queue through ordering, and lined up to wait away from the drive through. Then brought out our order. (PS check for napkins, they missed those in the rush.)

My grandma just got out of the hospital and has been wanting a frosty. she’s staying in brockport so I called and asked the brockport Wendy’s if they could freeze a frosty for her due to dietary restrictions and I didn’t want it to melt on my way to her. They were beyond kind and put two frostys in the freezer for me. I appreciate it so much!

My orders always come out good from this Wendy’s. They’ve almost got me addicted but it’s just my quick grab food fave. Today the food was especially well cooked. I was so pleased.

One day I was having a splendid day and then I went to Wendy's. My friend volunteered to order for me so I was very happy. They gave him exactly what he ordered for us. But here's the thing, he purposefully ordered the wrong thing for me! What!? Ya what, and it even cost me more money for food I didn't even want. AND THEN HE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME IF I WANTED HIS PLAYING TIME. I'm honestly just shocked that someone who I call friend who do something like that to me. Wendy's is pretty sweet though.

Hamburg had all the ketchup, pickels and onions on one side of the burger! Not too happy how it was badly slammed together!

Oh Wendys, its been about a month since I tasted your deliciousness in my mouth. I have realized that because I can't control myself like a responsible human being, and am unable to order anything less than 6 Dave's doubles, that we need to take a break. You know I'll be back though darling, I always come back.

Great experience. Fast and efficient drive through. Traffic was rough exiting though. He cautious when leaving. It can be tough to see when cars are coming if semis are in the turning lanes.

Visited this location numerous times and it seems they've done some renovations to the dining area. Seems rather plain now, but spacious and bright. Food was warm and tasty!

Order was on point. Friendly lady at the window. Sry wendys but your fries just aren't that good. Friendly staff and food accuracy gets a 5 though.

The manager is obviously doing a GREAT job because the restaurant is always clean & the employees are ALL very friendly. That doesn't just happen by itself!

Your average Wendy's. Food is good, it's clean as far as I can tell. No wrong orders. Haven't had a bad experience here.

Good food and good service. They brought us mint candies after our meal! I have never seen in a fast food restaurant ever. Go Wendy's!
