I ordered on line and picked up at the drive thru! Food came out hot and fresh!

Went through the drive-thru food was hot, service was friendly and fast.

We were just there for dinner and sat in the drive thru for longer than usual, however they were extremely busy, so we could understand. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to leave one this time because not only was the girl who took our order absolutely awesome, the food was the best we have ever had! I mean ever had at any McDonald’s ever! We ordered 3 fish filet and fries and a strawberry McFlurry and just wow! The tastiest fish since I was a kid. McDonald’s has not been the same since covid- until today. Thank you Brockport McDonald’s! You are doing a great job! We will definitely be back!

I typically go here for breakfast before work. The staff is always so friendly and the food is always fresh. I'll keep going back to this location for sure. In case you're wondering, I always order a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle and a large caramel latte on the app so my coffee is usually free or my sandwich is only $1.

Your employee Luke gave me his card today to let you know how he did. I tried the website but since I ordered online I don’t have a receipt. Well this young man is ,in my opinion , you best employee. He’s alway in great spirits. I look forward to seeing him when I go there.

I don't think I've ever had bad service at this location. You get your food quickly and everybody is so friendly and gives you excellent customer service.

This is by far the best McDonald's in the chain. The food is always good the service is quick and they are very friendly there

I visited today 3/21/21 at 12:59am and whoever the girl was who was working the drive thru was awesome. Update to my review once again amazing 4/7/23 still kicking it waited in drive thru for about 20 min due to someone who is just plain unhappy and still received hot food and wonderful service

Only issue I've ever had here was I placed a mobile order for a drink and that wasn't made until I asked about it, they made it quickly and it was all good. Its always clean when I eat in.

As far as McDonald's go, this is one of the nicer facilities. Their bathrooms are nice and clean. Even with the moderate flow of customers coming in and out, they keep the tables and floor clean. They also have a good variety of seating.

As a veteran, I usually take part in McDonald's military discount, however this McDonald's does not offer a military discount.

I rarely take my small children to McDonalds but we had an appointment in Brockport today and stopped to meet a friend. Todays visit was not what I expected...I also never do surveys but after the the great time we had this afternoon, I felt compelled to comment. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was fast, fresh and hot at lunchtime. Best of all there was the kindest worker named Deanne. She really went above and beyond to make all of us smile. She was so sweet and patient and treated my children like they were so special. Her customer service was A+ and because of her I will definitely be bringing my children to this location again!! The kids kept talking on the ride home about how awesome she was!! Very impressed Brockport McDonalds!!

The food was amazing they didn't get anything wrong I recommend going there

The young lady on the drive thru was so kind even though she was working on a holiday. The line was long, but they moved us all through quickly.

It was EGGcellent! My daughter and I came here to have a sit-down breakfast. The people were kind, helpful, and even helped us use the kiosk for ordering. They even came up and offered us a coffee warm up! Will come again!

You know I've dealt with a lot of not so great fast food restaurants, and this one time and time again has yet to let me down, consistent, doesn't mess up my order, and fast, everything a fast food place should be.

Best way to get a lot of food for 5 bucks or less. Two mcdoubles with Mac sauce is like three dollars. I think the new dollar menu is an improvement even if though they were clearly trying to limit what you can get off of it. If it's good enough for Warren buffet it's good enough for me.

This is one of the nicer McDonald's. The ice cream machine actually works at this location,thank you for that. The employees were nice too.
