The Sheep's Nest

The gift shop selection wasn't really to my taste, but my wife loved the yarn, at least some of it made from their own Shetland sheep, and I enjoyed visiting the sheep in the pasture. The building that houses the gift shop is lovely in itself to take a look at.

Love this gorgeous shop. The building is beautiful, and it's probably one of the best merchandised gift shops I've ever been too. Feels like walking into the pages of a design magazine. Nice combination of locally made items and finds from elsewhere. We visit at least a couple of times per year.

The Sheep's Nest is a gem tucked away in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. Original from the cottage store setting to the merchandise, everything reflects the imagination and taste of the owner, Kim. Many new customers are in awe, and many returning again and again to see what has just arrived and what artistry Kim has rendered. I never leave empty handed. I always leave calm and happy.

Truly delightful shop with many many wonderful things for everyone. A hidden gem here in this small town.
