I don't even have the words to tell you how phenomenally she handled my requests. She is beyond well trained/skilled, kind beyond her smile, listened to my challenge of finding the perfect phone for my aging parent. She also didn't TELL ME what I wanted - she gave options and explained the differences. She treated me like she only had one customer all day. She shared a bit of her heart as I was sharing mine. I'd be honored to have her for a friend. Waseca Verizon is extremely fortunate to have Jess in our office. WOW!! THANK YOU!!!

Karina was so kind and so nice! She was so helpful too, it was my first time setting up an account with Verizon so she was super patient and good at explaining everything to me and never made a question feel stupid. I’ve always loved coming to this location, everyone is so nice and can get what we need in a timely manner.

I worked with Ben to get new phones and make some account changes. Normally a rough experience for a less than tech savvy guy over 60. But, Ben is super knowledgeable and efficient, making the whole process a breeze.

Ethan was very courteous and thorough. He showed me the various product alternatives that I was looking for, pointed out the advantages of each, and made my choice easy. It all took less than five minutes. Very nice job, Ethan!

Jessica in Waseca was awesome. This girl deserves a raise/promotion because she’s the best Verizon employee I’ve dealt with. She was very patient with my parents and I and was extremely helpful in buying our new iPad and phone. She set everything up for us as we are not very techie. Thanks Jessica. You rock!!!

The place was absolutely horrible terrible customer service I was sitting in line for almost 2 hours while the employees were kind of just standing around terrible for the already too expensive phone plan
