GrandStay Hotel & Suites Waseca

Stayed here two nights for a wedding. The owner actually checked us in at the lobby, he was very friendly and personable. Rooms were very nice, spacious, easy location, and staff was very friendly & helpful. The welcome area is nice and spacious, we used it to relax with a large group of the wedding guests. I would stay here again.

Arrived after 8pm and was greeted with a friendly check-in who had called an hour earlier to confirm our registration.

We loved our stay. The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They had the best customer service!

Had a house fire and have been here for 2 weeks now. Both Austin and Colleen have been absolutely FANTASTIC with our family's needs. Always have smiles on their faces! I wouldn't want to be any other place! They treat you like family. Their breakfasts are pretty great too!

Hoid experience here. The rooms were clean, water was great pressure.

Everything is a bit out of date as far as furniture, but the staff and comfortable beds more than make up for it. In my multiple years of returning to my hometown, I've chosen this place due to how easy it is to get in and out of, and the owners/staff.

I have not had a bad experience yet. In a small town, you aren't going to get a "premier" hotel, but this one is clean, honest and where I'll probably return to when I need to stay in Waseca.

Its a solid 2.5 star place. No elevator so if on 2nd floor be informed if stairs difficult for traveler. I especially appreciated Micky(?) A gal that just started working there about 3 weeks ago. She assisted me and my 4 legged family member carry belongings to 2nd floor for 2 night stay. And that was after she retrieved the hotel cordless phone to help me locate my misplaced cell phone. I didnt have free breakfast but nephew did and gave it a thumbs up. Walmart within walking distance. I appreciated that.

Lindsey is very friendly and helpful! The hotel has a pool and a hot tub. Breakfast has cereal, omelets, waffle, sausage, different bread variety, fresh fruit, and coffee. The rooms are nice!

My stay was excellent! The pool was a perfect temperature, and the same with the hot tub, very relaxing! Breakfast had everything from Belgium Waffles to fruit, and I loved the bagels and cream cheese! When I'm in South MN. That's where I choose to stay hands down!😊

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at GrandStay in Waseca. The staff was really pleasant and attentive. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice with a great tub and shower. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect. The pool was a good temperature and the jacuzzi was hot which was exactly what we needed for our muscles after driving a lot. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices. We had our small dog with us and there was no problems having him stay in the room with us. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay!!!! We had checked in to a king room but there was a little trouble with the a/c unit. The manager moved us up to a king suite room with a whirlpool for nothing extra. I was so excited to finally find a place that valued their customers and went above and beyond when something wasn’t right.
I used to work at this hotel 15 years ago before the new owners and I am so impressed with the remodeling and work they have done. I will gladly come back anytime I am in town.

Last night during a harrowing trip in a storm I checked in at the GrandStay. As soon as I signed in, my partner called and said he would drive over and I could follow his taillights since it was a road he knew well. The manager, Harry, said that would be fine. During the hour that followed, he offered me coffee and a safe warm place to wait. He was gracious and kind and refunded my fee with a smile.

Motel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near Wal-Mart and local restuarants. Hotel rooms are recently upgraded and the King bed was very comfortable. Nice pool area with 8 person hot tub that I enjoyed using myself!

We had a a VERY pleasant stay here. The Children enjoyed the pool and my daughter who is an expectant mother enjoyed the hot tub. It was also reasonably priced. Thank you

Great value for the price, they have remodeled the lobby and the rooms, very updated look, the hot breakfast was good and check in was very fast. Room door wasn't working so they gave me a better room at no extra cost. Will continue to stay here every time I am in town.

Rooms were very clean and the hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful!

Service was nice. Rooms were adequate for a motel. My only complaint is that the towels ripped too easily and we're made cheaply. Overall, my stay at Crossings was very nice.

Very nice hotel; clean room, nice pool and jacuzzi. Conveniently located across from walmart, near restaurants and close to downtown. Good little continental breakfast & coffee. Staff was kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed with these nice folks this last week. Rooms were clean,pool was warm and clean, slept in and missed the breakfast but they made a pot of coffee for me and were very friendly ! Would recommend them to anybody !
