I had a great experience at Deml Ford. This family owned dealership exceeded all of my expectations. I would encourage anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a Ford to consider them as I did. The entire process was quick and easy but I never felt rushed and they take the time to ensure you know everything about your new vehicle. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable and it took all of 10 minutes to process my sale. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

Amazing dealership no games just forward and very nice people. Joe chauffeured us from the airport to dealership which was 1 hr away. Mike one of the owners took his time and showed my son and I all the things the new Raptor could do. No switch or bait just straight forward vehicle and at MSRP which is becoming a rare thing these days. I will be back to buy another vehicle from them. Love the atmosphere. Small town dealership with love, where your word means something.

Couldn't have been anymore perfect! Picked out a Bronco that just came off the truck. Great communication and the owners/brothers were there at 8AM to greet us with the suv in the showroom ready to go. We have been looking for a Bronco since the launch and finally got one at MSRP!!

Mike Deml was great to deal with! He communicated quickly with questions I had on a used vehicle. Due to vehicle just coming in he was able to send pictures and history report when I asked. I love that nearly all paperwork was done prior to arriving at the dealer. The actual paperwork at the dealer took maybe 5-10’. Mark was also great about going through different features of the vehicle. Overall great small town feel dealer who still cares about getting repeat customers. Great to see there are still dealers trying to do the right thing versus just making as much money as they can from the customer. I will definitely go back when I need a new vehicle.

Once again, we had an excellent buying experience at Deml Ford. Mike helped us test drive multiple vehicles, educated us about the differences between them, and never pushed us toward any particular sale. Angie in the office is also so sweet and helpful. We’d never shop anywhere else!

Hands down my best experience with a car dealership. I found that Deml Ford had the particular 2017 Shelby GT350 that I wanted for a fair price. By fair price, i mean slightly under MSRP where many dealerships in IL near me were charging $10k-$20k over MSRP. Brad was able to guide me through the process of buying a car out of state. As it was my first time procuring a cashier's check, Brad talked to the bank to ensure everything was in order.

Friday night a few friends and I drove out to Waseca. Saturday morning we got to the dealership about 10. Brad was extremely helpful walking down the car with us before getting to the good part; the test drive. After the amazing test drive, we got to the financing part. Maybe it was because I was paying for the car without financing, but this was the smoothest car transaction I have ever had. There were no hassles, no trying to get me to upgrade to one thing or another. We walked in to the finance office, Brad asked if we wanted anything to drink and we all asked for a glass of water. By the time he returned, all the paperwork was signed and the keys were mine.

We then walked out to the car, where Brad when through the car in more detail than before, giving me tips on winterizing my car (open both doors before disconnecting the battery for example), setting up my phone, and going through parts of the owners manual. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly loved cars. After this, he hopped in his truck and met me at the nearest gas station and filled up the tank for me.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and it never felt "pushy" like I've felt at every other dealer. This really was the best experience I've had at a dealership, and if I was in the market for a ford again I would seriously consider the drive out there again.

The whole process was quick and easy. Brad was very professional, and was quick to answer all my questions and present me with options. Unlike many other dealers, they didn't push their own agenda. They price their vehicles well and simply help guide you through the process.

Deml Ford and staff did a great job in all areas as usual. If I had to do it over though I don't think that I would have ordered a new one I probably would have just waited for the right vehicle to show up instead. So far so good with the truck. It runs great, looks great but I only have 183 Miles on the Truck. So far so good 😊

Mitch was very helpful and accommodating about when I could get my vehicle in. He called to explain what service items were performed and also an additional potential problem which could be addressed. Very transparent and honest about the cost and
timeliness of the repairs. The service technician(s) left the vehicle clean, meaning no oil, grease, dirt, etc. left in the interior or on the exterior. Very pleased with the experience at Deml!

The most enjoyable car shopping experience I have ever had. I contacted them and they explained how they do things and why. Then they told me what they had. Mark and Angie were the absolute best. 1st off if you aren't buying a BlueOval you're looking for the wrong vehicle. If you're not getting it from Deml Ford that's your second mistake. Personal and staff great to work with and very friendly.

Had an amazing experience at Deml today. Had an appointment with Michael to look at a 2013 F-150. Throughout the entire visit we never felt any pressure to buy the truck. After the test drive and visiting with Michael more about the truck we decided it was a perfect fit for our family. Angie helped us with the loan process and was also amazing to work with. Brad knows his vehicles. He was extremely helpful in selecting a new pickup for me. They were also very fair with my trade as well. They all took the time to make sure I had the best deal and that I was treated well during my visit there. I would definitely recommend Deml Ford to anyone and will be shopping there in the future.

If you are looking for a dealership and people you can absolutely trust then you should use Deml Ford. Mike, Brad, Dan, Angie, and the rest of the staff are just down right good people. My wife and I will not purchase another vehicle from any other dealer! Great Place!
