Fun place for family fun! Playground, bathroom, bike paths, picnic tables, good views. The shoreline was so fun to play on and toss rocks. The playground is a fun maze tower style where kids have lots of fun with imagination.

Great place to poke around and walk around. The old ore dock dominates your views of course reminding us of Marquette’s history. Look up Thill’s for smoked fish.

Big, clean park downtown. Nice sun/shade balance for enjoying the lake, picnicing, big kids play structure, popular freighter dock photo op, marina, across the street from popular eateries and shopping. The day we went the ridiculously overpriced great lakes cruise ship was docked for a Marquette excursion which was pretty cool. Reminded me of a big Boblo Boat with no pool or onboard activities like a standard cruise ship.

This area has a huge play ground for kids and is a great family area. Tons of viewing and walking areas. There is a marina on both sides to have your boat as well.

Little gem of a playground we always make a point to stop at when vacationing in the U.P. My kids (ages 1-15) all love this park and the views are to die for! Also incredibly convenient that there are functional bathrooms here (because no potty training toddler wants to have to leave the park!)

This place is awesome! Such a wonderful place to visit and walk your dog. While visiting Marquette, I would come here daily and walk my dog.

The grass is lush and the water is relaxing, a perfect combination to help bring things into perspective. I really love this place and the restroom facilities are top notch, super clean and modern.

The morning was my favorite time to visit, as the sun is rising you will be feeling inspired and ready for the day ahead.

Marquette is a gorgeous place, this park is just one of many things that make me want to relocate to Marquette.

If you are ever in Marquette, definitely stop by this park for a stroll along the harbor shoreline. You will not regret it!

A nice park with great events such as Art on the Rock, Festival of Sails, and Harbor Fest. A moderate length walk to the Lighthouse if you're up for it.

Very well kept park is the connecting point for several walking and bike paths which lead up to various restaurants and hotels in the Lakeshore Drive area of Marquette. Also has a marina with a dual channel boat launch and a ship lifter on site to lift larger vessels out of the water and place them safely onto their transport trailers. The people that do this are very careful at what they do and they are great group of people that operate the marina and maintain the park. Great place to eat lunch and exercise. Was a yoga class on site at the time I was in the park.

Nice to take a stroll along the waterfront and I joy the view of the old iron ore dock in downtown Marquette MI. There is the Marquette’s Bell along with the Memorial to the WWII Silent Service of Capt. Daniel H McClintock anti submarine warfare.

Lucky. Timed it right. Accidentally lol. Coast guard cutter happened to dock while we were walking by. They invited out our 3 kids for an impromptu tour of the boat. Kids even got to hit the air horn. Some of America's finest. Great park, beautiful view

Bathrooms could use some major TLC but the park had many different items for climbing of different abilities. We appreciated the different types of swings, balancing exercises and awesome owl carving.

I have only been to this park for the dog sled races. I"m from down state. There is a great playground that children were using even in the snow. It works well for the UP200 finish line.
