Comfort Inn

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good except that there wasn't any cream cheese for bagels and the sausages were a bit overcooked and tough. The waffles were great!!! There were a couple of cosmetic things with our room like a broken mirror on the closet door, only 1 cup for coffee in the room and a used bottle of shampoo was left in the shower and the tub was very slippery. The tub should have some anti slip strips or something equivalent to prevent someone from falling. I would recommend it to others as most of the things are very fixable and would not stop me from using your hotel in the future.

The people running the hotel are very nice. We will definitely use this place again. It's an older property, but the awesome service more than makes up for it, in my opinion.

Stayed here for work for 6 months straight. New Owners took over and it remained the same quiet good nights sleep. No complaints from me except the breakfast sawsage. Actual links are way better than the processed ones. 🤣😆Great place to stay.

Even though the hotel is under construction due to a fire, the staff, cleanliness of our room and the breakfast were excellent.

An exceptional stay for work.
Highlighted by the exceptional employees that took care of me for the duration of my stay.
As most know- Customer service is non existent in this day and age. Well, not here. From the moment I was warmly greeted on a cold mid Michigan evening from an extended day of work that necessitated the stay overnight I knew this place was a gem.
Quickly checked in and given a GREAT room in there building close to a side door (There on work so a lot of in and out) with a clean and well lit end of the hall single bed accommodation.
Staff went out of their way to ensure I had a room ASAP. Next part speaks to their hard work.
My 3rd party booking site (Which didn’t properly pay the hotel) had already deducted funds from my account but had not secured my room yet….the staff looked through my documentation and went ahead and PUT ME IN MY ROOM as they tracked down the payor for my reservation. Thats simply great service.
Upon checkout it was all smiles and gratitudes were expressed.
Quiet, clean, comfortable, pool, WiFi, and top tier staff- try this location. You’ll be back.
Thanks again to the fro t desk staff, maintenance, as well as housekeeping whom I had a fabulous convo with one morning!
You guys are rockstars and I will certainly be returning.

We stayed recently while seeing family. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the hotel didn't have some amenities like an in room fridge, or a heated pool, or USB charge ports in the lamps- I'm giving it 5 stars because it was the cleanest hotel room I've ever slept in. When we checked the mattresses for signs of bugs they appeared brand spanking new. Not to mention the beds were comfy.

Very clean, hot breakfast okay. Woman at counter was so pleasant to chat with. I don't know how anyone could rate it with anything under a 4 star! It's definitely nicer and cleaner than most Comfort Inn's I have stayed in.

Super friendly staff!! Very comfortable room, although a bit dated.......all flourescent bulbs. Bathroom was very good, took a little bit to get hot water to come up.
Decent breakfast included.

We had a rough start to our reservation because of details that weren't informed about. But the amazing customer service, the delicious hot breakfast, and the comfortable night sleep I got made up for it! Especially the woman who was taking care of breakfast. She was so kind and helped my daughter reach for things, even brought her plate to to the table because I was feeding the baby. Thank you for a good experience!

Great place to stay. Very quiet, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Was renovating when stayed but room I was in did have a fresh updated look. Also breakfast was actually good compared to other places I have stayed before. Would highly recommend and will even stay again when time comes.

Rooms were neat and had comfy beds. Clean bathroom also. As far as breakfast went, we had a pretty good selection and breakfast timing was also well placed. Could use some major improvements on the gym though. Barely any usable machines.

Nice hotel and very clean staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool looks great didn't get the chance to enjoy it. They provide a hearty breakfast.

I don't see why everyone hates it so much. Yes, its a more expensive hotel, but as compared to the only cheaper option in town, ABVI, you get
-a room renovated this decade
-LG-made flatscreen TVs as opposed to CRT TVs that whine constantly when in use
-Nicer seating in the rooms
-A shower that runs at one constant temperature as opposed to changing temperatures roughly every 45 seconds.
-Eggs, sausage and yogurt with the continental breakfast
-A breakfast experience that doesn't take place in a room with roughly 50 sq. feet of space and 3 vending machines in it.
-a pool
-And wifi, which i found on my second stay. its the Wireless_0_2.4G network.

I only had 2 issues, one minor, and one major
-The heating system, at least in 106, is an older analog unit, which is fairly loud and hard to dial in. Thats not to say it isn't effective, the room felt like a sauna when i came in! Wound up having to turn it down by quite a bit.
-The water was slightly too cool for my liking, but that's nitpicky, and no one likes getting scaulded by hot water, i understand.

Overall it was a nice stay i'd recommend to others.

Very clean and all of the people were very polite the room was as clean as ive ever seen at a motel i would highly recommend this motel if your gonna stay in this area

Had a great stay here at the Comfort Inn. The staff was courteous and prompt. The breakfast was well laid out. The hot food was tasty and plentiful.
