I had a great and marvelous sales lady to provide an extraordinary sale. Karen Dawson showed me different options of the Lincoln. This helped me to decide which one would be best for me in price range and options. She was so pleasant and kind! I would definitely recommend Eckenrod Ford and Lincoln Dealership in Cullman, AL for anyone thinking of buying a car. All of the personnel that I met were exceptional and helpful in my buying experience!

I went up there on Saturday just to look at what they had. I had been wanting to check out the bronco, but didn’t know if I wanted one. Phillip M. was super nice and showed me what they had. I sat in one for a minute or two and told him I was going to get it. I wasn’t prepared to buy anything, and figured I’d just come back on Monday with what I needed. Instead, Phillip M., let me drive the bronco all the way to my house, which was a good 40 minutes round trip; on not much more than my word that I was going to buy it and that’s where my checkbook was. We chatted the whole ride and Phillip was very friendly, easy to talk to, extremely nice, and best of all didn’t act like a salesman. I never felt like he was trying to talk me into anything, and he answered all my questions with surprising honesty. In my mind, I was going to have to come back the next week to pick up the bronco anyway because I drove myself up there. In his mind I’m sure it was more of a question of if this guy is serious or not. Luckily I had enough in my checking account to put my money where my mouth was. Now I have a new bronco. Our shopping and buying experience at Eckenrod was very pleasant, and our salesman, Justin, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and did not put uncomfortable pressure on us to purchase. If it weren't for Justin taking the initiative to put this car on Facebook Marketplace, we would never have found our perfect car. It is evident this dealership is run by people who genuinely care about their customers! GREAT experience!

I recently purchased a 2023 f-150 from them, (02,03,2024)it was great experience everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable about anything I asked was also giving a good deal and Adam was our sales rep, he was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place they have great service and have very friendly staff!

Went in to buy a used Ram truck but someone was in the process of buying when I arrived . Long story short, they took my wrecked truck in on trade for a new F250 at a great price. I had been to 3 dealerships and searched all over the web before I meet Karen at Eckenrod. Well worth the three hour drive, I will go back, good people!

My experience at Eckenrod Ford was outstanding. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. I returned to them primarily due to how well they had taken care of me and my family since the first purchase and the experience I had with my primary salesman, Mr Andy Chitwood. Andy was super nice and upfront. I never felt pressured by Andy or anyone else at this dealership. I’d also like to recognize a second salesman, Kaili Marsh. Kali helped expedite all the paperwork late on a Saturday evening to ensure I could close the deal before they closed for the year. She also went above and beyond to explain the paperwork and assist me in transferring my personal goods between vehicles. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, look no further. This team is great!!!

Always clean friendly and true to their words. A few times I thought they might be trying to get me to repair something that didn't need it. I brought the car to another dealer to check on it. They were right ever single time. I brought the car back to Eckenrod. They did right by me every single time. I don't go anywhere else now, they say what they mean and mean what they say.

My experience with Eckenrod Ford was nothing short of amazing! All three people that I had the pleasure of working with when I purchased my new 2022 F-150 were fantastic. First working with Haley during the ordering and production of my truck during which she was always keeping me updated and was always available to answer any questions! Then once the truck arrived, I worked with Karen. Karen quite literally jumped through hoops to help me with all the paperwork, she knew I was coming from 4 hours away and did her absolute best to have everything in order and ready for me when I stepped through the door so that I could be in-out and on the road home as fast as possible! And last but certainly not least was Jake, he was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable and good at what he does! I have no doubt that I left with the best deal for my new truck that I possibly could have! He was happy to run every scenario for terms and interest rates that I asked about, and definitely went above and beyond in his customer service! Truly a world class staff working at Eckenrod and though I know my truck is going to last a long time I will without a doubt be recommending them to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle and will return myself for future vehicle needs!

Low pressure, super accommodating and willing to help. And the best part, they were the best deal in over 500 miles from my home in Jacksonville, FL. I had 4 dealerships in Florida and North Carolina tell me they couldn't touch the deal and that I should go to Alabama. So I did and it was a fantastic experience! My sales person was Kali and she made the whole experience unbelievably easy. She went out of her way to find the truck that best suited me and made sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership!

We will recommend Justin Morris to all friends, family and others. He helped us at the Cullman Used Car Blowout Sales Event. Our initial experience negotiating on a vehicle (using Justin and another dealer) was a disappointment (but not due to Justin) and we chose to walk away. He took charge and kept working on our behalf. He hands down negotiated the most appropriate deal with that dealer and our needs first off . And most importantly Justin listens to you, understands your needs and doesn’t bombard you with extra texts/calls/etc. He’s a mature class act, knowledgeable, charismatic and most important- he cares.

The service staff are always friendly and helpful. They will get you scheduled in a timely manner. After scheduled the service department does a great job completing the service in a timely manner. I am very well pleased and would highly recommend the service department.

Buying a car from Eckenrod Ford felt like dealing with family, it was so easy and everybody was so nice, Felicia, Skyler, Jake and Brandon were professional all the way and not pushy. Such a great experience with Eckenrod Ford. We usually hate the car buying process but the entire team at Eckenrod was great. Casey kept in touch made sure we were informed and happy with every step.
