The staff at Jeweler's Cut is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Jackie was very friendly and helpful while I decided on what jewelry I wanted. She helped me pick out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings and a new chain. They have some amazing deals on their beautiful jewelry which is always 1/2 off! We have been going to Jeweler's Cut for years and have never had a problem. They are the only pawn shop we go to and will ever go to. Definitely a 5 star shop!!

I have had a great time in the store. The employees are very nice and friendly. I am very thankful that I have a place to go when I need funds. I also love their selection of jewelry at a great price. I hope they stay in business as long as I need them even after that.

Best pawn shop I’ve went to by far. Sold my Apple Watch and the lady that sold it to me was very easy spoken and sweet. She gave me a great deal on it. I took a look around the store, and the man that was at the firearm counter educated me about guns. He also gave me options for safety since I’m a woman I need protection in this day and age. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy from them in the future.

These people are great! They have a wide inventory to browse through—both something for the men and something for the ladies—(Mother’s Day is coming up soon!). The store is very well-lit, with nicely wide aisles and wonderful displays. Any time you have a question, there is a friendly, helpful person to ask. One of those friendly people is Candice. When you bring something in, Candice is respectful, businesslike, and bright and cheery at the same time! If you have any questions, she is the person to ask!

The staff of JCJ are among the best of the best! They were helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I shopped for the perfect ring to wear with my engagement ring. Kudos to them for their professionalism! Love my ring!!

My customer service representative was absolutely 👏 amazing!!! I told them my dilemma...getting engaged to my 20 year sweet heart and all we had was an engagement 💍 ring from a failed relationship. They gave me cash for it even though the owner didn't wanna buy it. Heck at that point I would have swapped it for a ring pop haha I even got a cute mystic topaz ring for my right hand. Made my first trip in today to sell an item found while cleaning out a closet. Staff was helpful and friendly no problems at all. Best part is within 5-10 minutes I walked out with cash I ask for.
