Excellent food
Very tasty ribs, beans, and potato salad. Even the ice tea was fresh and refreshing. A lot of good choices on the menu.

The food here is excellent!! The service is also excellent 🐛

The people are really nice here and the food is fantastic. My wife is a huge fan of the bbq, but I’m a bigger fan of the catfish. Their loaded fries are really good; French fries covered in ranch dressing and melted cheese. Great place to eat.

Whenever we are in Hanceville we go here at least once. Since we live in California, we visit every 2 years to the Shrine and spend our nights at the St. Francis house.
Our first visit here we tried the Fried Catfish and Ribs and Wow what a true delight. Since then we always order these 2 dishes.
There service is friendly and very efficient. The casual atmosphere and warmth of the people always make us feel at home and welcome.

This place is by far my favorite eat in between Huntsville and Birmingham. The staff are always so kind and the food, man oh man. It's like Sunday dinner at my grandparents house in 2002. Absolutely delicious every single time. 20/10 recommend.

Great food. Staff is wonderful. My Mother is severely disabled and wanted the eat there. Wasn't able to get up the Handicap ramp. 3 employes came out and helped get her in to the Restaurant. That's how a good business is operated. Thank you to the staff for your act of kindness.

My waitress "Teisha" was very nice, very friendly and talkative. Enjoyed Our conversation very much. Restaurant was clean along with the bathroom. I orded lrg BBQ plate, which was a healthy portion of food. Filled me up. BBQ was very good, as was the slaw and bbq beans. However the baked potato was somewhat dried out with a thick overcooked pealing, and I would've liked it hotter. Texas Toast Bread, toasted just right. I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌞

What a welcome change. The service was above and beyond as soon as we walked in the door. Our drink order was taken immediately. A few minutes later the server came to us for our order. She took time to answer our questions and make suggestions. No pressure, no rush. The order came out promptly. The food was fresh. My wife got the seafood platter. It was perfectly cooked and was fresh and hot. There was no fishy taste to it. I got the half chicken. Very well flavored and full of smoked barbecue flavor. The sides were abundant and great. They kept our drinks full and all done with a smile and down home hospitality. A very welcome change from other so called barbecue restaurants (Johnny's Bbq.). Lunas puts them to shame. We will be back. Count on us as frequent patrons.

Seafood platter was fantastic. My wife's catfish was cooked perfectly.

Absofreakinlutely loved it. The seafood was better than most seafood restaurants on the coast. The fried mushrooms were the best i have ever eaten. Definitely blew my diet on this one.

Casual eatery with not certain atmosphere and good tasting BBQ. Our waitress was friendly. I you are in the area I recommend stopping. Place can be overlooked so keep an eye out for white sign on North side of Hwy 31.

Great food! My husband loves the BBQ plate and I love the smoked turkey with white sauce. They have the best baked beans around, too!
