Jack's Truck Stop

Great place been around for years. I did a little shopping and found some cute stuff. Found myself a darling little purse — will share pic later in photo update. Good selection of all kinds of stuff and hot biscuits and pizza and the ice in the fountain drink machine is CRUSHED!! That’s awesome! Hot boiled peanuts are here too!!! Clean restrooms, well lit, well staffed and safe for families or folks traveling alone, not just truckers.

This place is clean and maintained. They have a big selection of things to buy. Lots of space around to walk dogs, if you need that sort of thing. Easy access and close to 65. I was really impressed, I just needed gas and a place to walk the dogs, away from a bunch of people. Even though it was busy, we had no problems at all.

Pro: 5 stars for saying "hello darlin'" as I walked in.
Pro: Clean and very large place.
Pro: Nice driver's lounge area.
Pro: Nice laundry facilities with reasonable prices.

Con: The laundry soap was WAY too expensive at $9.24 for a 25-oz container of liquid Gain but, I had no choice...needing it.

Pro: Let me heat up food from outside.
Pro: Wished me safe travels as I departed.
Pro: Nice parking

This is an older, AmBest, and an "underdog" competing with the Peelots, T/As and Love's so I'd like to try to keep them in business.

Oh, I just discovered an old Emeryville our next to the tire shop...check out the "spacious" sleeper it has; WOW!

Plenty of truck parking. Store is well stocked with lots of options. Customer service is great. Showers and laundromat! Hot food inside, and a decent selection of restaurants nearby. I wish more truck stops were like this.

Always has parking available day and night, friendly staff and good chicken wings.

Very clean and people are very nice!!
Plus side there's a small church behind them next to Mcgriff tires for all to visit and worship.

Always a Great place to stop, the food is on the hot bar, but every time I have got something it's always been fresh and hot! Good Food, the people are always very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking by the store or behind the shop,

Very clean and well stocked truck stop with a big parking lot.

The food looked better and fresher than you’d expect to find at a chain truck stop at lunch time.

Prices all around seemed fair.

Very clean store and restrooms cool stuff to buy and the employees were very nice awesome people. Had breakfast in the morning but I didn't try it but looked awesome. Good job folks.

Nice big Truck Stop for a 330am pit stop. Very clean, well lighted, nice bathrooms. Kids even got a souvenir here!!

Very nice local truck stop.

Breakfast starts at 2 am . Just in time for some breakfast pizza and coffee.

Not to mention that they have an ample truck parking at the back.

Will definitely return here.

My experience is almost the same everytime I go in this place except it's just a little bit better than the last time I was in there. Always greeted with a good morning and how are you doing today. And smiling faces and there to help with every need if I need them. I love the people who work there. This is the place you need to experience at least once. Love it.!!!

All I can say is the pizza is absolutely fantastic! If you've had Pilot/Flying J pizza and think it's good, this is way better. They also have a fantastic selection of beer and wine. Buzz Balls too.
The place is clean and well maintained. They have plenty of parking too.

Lots of parking and friendliest places I have visited as far as a truck stop is concerned, did my 34 here with no bother , my load doesn't deliver until Monday morning, 10hrs away why not take advantage , came here Thursday night, it's now Friday night, not sure about showers, they do have laundry and a drivers lounge and I will be asking shortly about showers, if not there's a Pilot across the street, but everything an OTR driver needs to get the much deserved rest he/she needs, and there's a hotel on the premises

Nice store. Plenty of merchandise. 9.00 showers. Clean too!

Really good hot bar. Nice restroom. Laundry facilities, TV lounge. Very easy access whether traveling northbound or southbound on I65. An older establishment but updated. Has a nice mom and pop atmosphere despite offering so much to either truck drivers or travelers.

They are so nice and helpful here. Their customer service alone would make me a lifelong customer if I lived in the area but as I pass through trucking from today and forward, I’ll definitely stop every time.

**UPDATE** Absolute 180° change. They fired the problems, everything is fresh and prompt. The staff are very personable. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA!! It will not be ready b4 an hour has elapsed, due to the poor work ethic .

Great stop. Lot is clean and quiet. Parking could be better, but that's mostly because of so many dropped trailers. The store is well above average for a truck stop though. Large selection, and friendly staff. Bonus: Waffle House in easy walking distance. Have stopped here many times, and will again in the future.
