Publix Pharmacy at Cullman Shopping Center

I have always had a good experience. Every pharmacist/tech is very pleasant to be around. They fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. They are always over worked and short handed, but still manage to get the job done. They are also opened on Sundays which is a plus. Beats the hell out of mom and pop pharmacies around here.

I use this pharmacy, also, for some of the meds I have to pay for, these meds are on the reduced price list. The pharmacist are always really friendly, & fast at getting your medicine ready if u forget to call your refills in before you go. Also, my diabetes medicine, Metformin, is free at Publix, they also have a few antibiotics that a patient can get for free, just have to check the list, or the Dr can do it since, of course, you have to have a prescription. I recommend Publix pharmacy, also.

A very good grocery store with just about any thing you need.

Live this store. Its has more variety than the one in Gardendale.

I've been waiting on a prescription for about 2 days, still no sign of progress. Med is nothing out of the ordinary.

Rude, slow after waiting the 45mins they left out a scrip and had to wait another 30mins acting like was us

People need their meds when they are supposed to get them. Most of the pharmacist are good but today I came in contact with one who should be fired, absolutely does not care about the customer's needs. Young little girl, be aware.

I normally don't complain. Good help is hard to come by. With that being said every single month there is an issue with the pharmacy. You wait HOURS only to return and find they're out or running behind. No calls,no text. You waited hours? Too bad you can just drive across the county again tomorrow. Once again not just once but EVERY SINGLE MONTH there's an issue. Very inconsiderate.

Wouldn't have even said anything but I need my meds when I need them. I have a lot of health issues and seems like it always takes hours upon receiving refills for my meds to be filled. No calls or texts or anything. Was sent over an hr ago and when I call they said it just got sent through then precedes to tell me it won't be filled for another 2 hrs? Like what in the world!!

Great prices on prescriptions, if they have them.

Update: told me they would have my prescription ready by a certain date, they did not. A couple days later I still do not have it and I'm done with them.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! The pharmacy techs are the rudest most belligerent people I've ever seen!
