Busy Bee Café

Busy little restaurant in the heart of Cullman. Decided to drop by for breakfast and try it out. Waited maybe 10 minutes for a table, not bad! We sat down and the waitress was quick to take our order. Food came out quick as well. I had pancakes and a country ham and egg biscuit. Very good! We will definitely return.

I give this restaurant five stars because it was just quaint, simple and like going back in time. The food was awesome. They have fare like salads, hamburgers, and barbecue. The barbecue was amazing. The bathrooms were super clean and the employees were friendly and attentive. If I’m ever in Cullman again I will return!

Serendipitous find. I passed this place on my way to visit the Ave Maria Grotto and decided to stop by for lunch on the way back. It was a great pleasure to have lunch in an authentic family owned cafe that has a 100+ year history. I had a cheese burger and onion rings, and my daughter had "The Eric" with fries. Both were exceptionally good! If I have occasion to pass that way again, I will try to leave room for a piece of one of their homemade pies!

Yummy old fashioned burgers, fries and onion rings, best service ever, been in business since 1919, feels like stepping back in time!!!

Busy Bee can't say anything bad about them. It's a place you start traditions at. My daddy use to get our grandson after school on Fridays and take him to the barber shop at least once a month...they would get their hair cut then eat at the Bee. When we lost my daddy five years ago our grandson was so sad and couldn't cope with going there. He is autistic so his emotional support is where is issues are at. It's sad to see his heart broke. So instead of eating in we grab some at least once a week for my mama, hubby and I. Keep up the great work!!!

Amazing breakfast but I was feeling lunch today and the Eric did not disappoint! Yum

Prices were extremely affordable and staff was very friendly. Waitress said they were know for their burgers, but we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and a BBQ plate. Both were beyond excellent! Anyone visiting Cullman should check them out.

We had breakfast at the Busy Bee being referred by our local hosts. Great breakfast, fair prices and good service.

The food, coffee, and service are incredible every time I go. The cleanliness of the place leaves a bit to be desired, but I think that's kind of an inherent problem with breakfast diners and it's certainly better than Waffle House. All in all, I'll probably be a regular at this place for a long time. I'm never disappointed when I come here.

Great small cafe. Egg sandwich was excellent along with homemade chips. My wife enjoyed her fried green tomatoes.

The restaurant music selection was terrific. American country newer artists with a strong traditional sound.

First time diner and we were not disappointed! Great meal, service and prices! Susie was our waitress and is the best, serving us and even taking time to answer historical questions about the cafe. We will be back!!

Me and my dad stop in quite often the food is good with friendly service. STOP IN YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

A small town diner at its finest! They make Hamburgers the same way they did in the Depression times, mixed with bread and seasonings, then fried. Very unique and tasty. This place is a Cullman classic.

First time in and the food was phenomenal. It took a bit to get served but our waitress was very sweet and we got in right before big rush. Highly recommend

Kindness and respect with each visit plus very good food. Always full of local customers. Family friendly. One of my favorite places to eat.
