Starbucks

I went there this morning to get breakfast, and I guess me paying in coin roles was enough for them to give me my give coffee and banana bread FOR FREE, I wasn't expecting it, I was laying them out and the guy was like "we are taking care of you". Normally I don't care for Starbucks, but now I found a drink I like and the customer service is clearly amazing.

Great clean Starbucks and nice staff. Had a Mango Dragonfruit refresher in a different style and was great! Super clean bathroom and cannot

We don't frequent here often but when we do this service is always great along with whatever coffee beverages we select. There was a long line in the drive through but it just shows how popular they are.

This Starbucks is always excellent! The Drinks, Food are always Great ! The prices are Fair but not cheap! But they are a Solid 10 !

Coffee is always hot and yummy! Staff are very kind and friendly as well.

This Starbucks has been remodeled since they have been here in Cullman Alabama but the remodel I don’t really like because it feels twice has small then before and looks twice has small also besides that I love coming here and still getting the coffee and the atmosphere is still the same since the remodel I will give all this 5 out of 5 still besides that I wished they have little more room in side

I'm not a coffee drinker. I prefer coffee in my creamer if that makes sense. However, the staff was wonderful, and the store manager, Preston, is amazing. He was engaged, took the time to explain the difference in a few things and just all around good guy. One you can just tell is a good, fair boss as well. There was no tension in the staff? Everyone seemed to be happy and just doing their thing. I normally don't frequent any Starbucks but I will visit this one again. Found my new favorite drinks as well!

We were craving some coffee before we headed to the park to take our Goldie for a walk. We found out that there is a thing called a Puppuccino.

We had to check it out. Upon our order, the awesome Barista offered water for our pup in a container with a lid! That is some true next level customer service.

Our little big pup had the best walk that day. We simply feel that it's the small things that matter the most, and that is why this location is the best, bar none.

Storm and Lindsay both have great customer service. My drink is always perfect and I’m quickly in and out of the drive through.

Drinks was good. Service to pretty quick.

A lovely crew said hello to my sweet 15 year old shih tzu and made over him. ♡ That made me smile. We were traveling and found this location by chance. The line was quick, the crew was happy and the coffee just like it should be. Please acknowledge this wonderful group!

Great place to sip your coffee or tea. Do some research or homework. The coffee is amazing, so good, and their service is phenomenal. I'm always greeted with a smile

I love this location! Fast service, friendly employees, food and drinks are always perfect. You couldn't ask for better Starbucks in my opinion.

This is my absolute FAVE Starbucks in the entire state! The baristas are so incredibly nice, they care about you and if you don't like your drink they'll always make it right.

I had a problem where I was given cold foam instead of just the sweet cream and I called them, came back and I they were so apologetic and made sure it was okay before I left.

They are very compassionate and I know it's weird but sometimes I tell them my problems and I hope they don't mind.

Ashley is a great GM. And I give my props to Storm for being an absolutely INCREDIBLE person who always takes care of me.

Whole team very present during the whole visit going out of the way to make sure me and many others were taken care of. Preston B. The store manager was running the show like a dream. He was involved in every aspect and has made a true difference in the store atmosphere, cleanliness, and makes a true effort to get to know me and my family. This is the ONLY Starbucks I will visit. Will follow PB’s movement and progress wherever he goes! True Allstars at this store and Preston has a true vision for the employees. Will frequent often!
