I made the mistake of entering my credit information on a loan-matching site (which pulled my credit no less than a dozen times) but was fortunate enough that my information landed on Charles McReynold's desk. He made a terrifying and confusing first time experience feel easy for someone with poor credit. He explained the options, how everything works, and even how to refinance and lower my payments after a few months. I have since bought a second car from him and continue to go back with any questions or concerns about (re)financing and trading in. I will continue to do business with Charles (from 3+ hours away, mind you) so long as he is there.

Just left this car dealership and they worked on our truck trying to find out what was wrong and did everything they could for an hour! Every single person was helpful and kind. Took my Dodge Journey there today to have a couple recalls fixed on it. The service guys were very friendly and helpful. They had my vehicle fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. They went over everything they did to fix it with me and answered all the questions I had. Definitely a better car dealership than the Rameys in Richlands VA...
