I cannot say enough great things about Alicia Markley, she is a gem! Makes you feel completely at ease. She actually listens to you and takes the time where you don't feel rushed in and out.
She ALWAYS asks... if there's anything else you need or want to talk about. Shes seriously the best!

I have been with Family Medicine since I got great insurance with my company. The doctors always listen and Dr. Malone saved my life, by listening to me and checking every option out. I would recommend ANY doctor there. The PA's are excellent as well. I moved my family to this facility.

The lady on the phone that took my information for me becoming a new patient was amazing. She was really nice and sweet and she was very helpful. Looking forward to my appointment.

So far I have been treated with respect. And was always told by my Dr. If they where leaving. If my Dr. Isn't there. They usually get me into see another Dr. Noone has ever been rude to me. I am so far. After the years going here. Very satisfied with the care and services. Thank you FMC

My husband and I really like this place. They are very caring and respectful. Both of the Drs he has seen are very attentive to his needs. He says he will not go anywhere else. I heard they were closed. Waiting on them to open back up.. Hopefully next week

It is incredibly hard to get them to answer the phone. SIH has a call center, if the phones are this busy, I would suggest utilizing the resources the company has provided. They do not return calls from messages left either.There are some wonderful and not so wonderful doctors here as well.

Anytime I have called to make an appointment , they have not answered their phones. I've called once when they were on lunch, but it was 20 min well over when they said they would return, and got no answer. And also when they open at 8 am and the phone is just continuously ringing. Very aggravating when I have to schedule appointments and make them according to my own work schedule. BE ON TIME or change your hours!

While I can't speak about all of the doctors here the one I saw was, in my opinion, dangerously bad at his job.
