I have taken all for my animals here for years and I absolutely ADORE the staff. They are incredible with my cats, and so patient with me. I have had weeks where all the appointments line up and I was calling every other day. They never once complained. If you want a vet that cares about your animals as much as you do, this is the place.

The very best of what a veterinarian should be! Friendly, professional and affordable. These health givers are dedicated to Wise County animals' best interests. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Best Vets work here! Love this place. I drive 45 min from Ft. Worth due to the high quality of care provided. The prices are reasonable too. The staff is awesome too.

This place is amazing, only place you should bring your pets or any animals, I brought them a stray cat to be spayed, and they did the best I've ever seen, the incision was tiny and healed sooo well and she had no pain, the facility is clean and the staff are amazing. This is the the best in wise county. Highly recommend and give them a try and trust them, if they treat a stray cat this well, they will treat your animals amazing.

We took Pebbles our 140lb Mastiff there after several visits to our local Vet. The people at Heritage were amazing and very caring. We were about to have Pebbles put to sleep as walking and her pain level had gotten so bad she wouldnt eat or take her meds. They kept her for a week and I picked her up today. She is doing so much better. She is walking so much better and eating. These ladies at Heritage truly put your pet first. The prices were so much nore reasonable than our local vet who only seemed to want to rack up test fees. She is on a prescription diet that has given us our Pebbles back. I called ahead to let them know my dog was very ill and probably about to pass away. They got information and was going to take her right in but unfortunately she passed away in the parking lot, but they were very caring and concerned and seem to be a great place. Thank you.

This is the best Vet I have ever taken any of my animals to and I love them.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. True down home good quality vets and staff that care not only about your animals but you. Our beloved Blue was shot twice and had to have his leg Amputated. Per my request they did try to save it but it was to badly broken.

This is the most amazing, kind, professional veterinarian office in the whole of the world! We love them!!!

My first visit I was basically going in knowing the outcome; my cat will have to be put down. I assumed it was a thrombus. It was. Along with an unusal lung growth they found.
From the phone call of 'please help my cat', to the waiting room, to the vet tech/assistant to the vet, I have never been more impressed with compassion and kindness. I have occasionally in the past worked alongside this field before and usually see a more clinical approach, especially the death of one's pet. However, they were so compassionate, and actually meant it. They talked about their own recent passing of pets, which helped. They explained everything about my cat's condition, showed me the X-rays, etc. Very thorough.
I stayed with my cat until she passed.
They didn't push cremation, urns, and such.
My thought was price does Not matter in this situation. You just don't think of that when your cat is yowling in pain and not using her back legs. I would have paid whatever priced they named. I was a new customer. I brought them a dying cat. I was an emergency situation. They could have ran a zillion test and I would have said okay. But they did not.
Nope. It was not needed. A few X-rays and it said it all. I could even tell. So, I respect them so much for not up charging, like other vets.

So, the part most readers of these thing care about... the price. Like I said, I did not care at that moment. But, I couldn't believe how cheap it was. I moved from FtW and expected $400 the very cheapest. If they ran more test, a lot more.
It was only $140 for everything : the same day ER visit, X-rays, Sedation, and Euthanization.
Obviously, I highly recommend them.
I have found a new vet. I will be taking my 2 other cats and dachshund here from now on.
Thank you guys so much for helping me out so fast, ending my cat's suffering, and making me feel as best as best can be under the circumstances.

This clinic is top notch and affordable. First had a consultation that gave us so much information and allowed us to make the decision to go forward with surgery. Can’t say enough good things about Heritage Vet Clinic.

This veterinary clinic was amazing! We had a cat with a mass that no vet would remove, wouldn't even try. Long story short the vets here treated us like family before we even walked in the door. They were confident, sweet, caring, and truly in the business because they love animals. Needless to say my kitty is doing amazing after her surgery about two months ago. We also are from an hour south, so this was a trek and we would make it again in a heart beat if our pets got sick. We love them! Thank you!

I have so much respect for this vet that I won't go anywhere else. I've seen her from a beginner in this field to a business of her own. She earned our respect from the beginning when she treated our loving and precious Dachshunds years ago. We Thank her from the bottom of our hearts and recommend everyone to her.

I like the clinic and the staff. They have always been nice and helpful. They are busy, so routine vet care may be a few weeks for an appointment. The few times I needed more emergent care They seemed very sorry when they weren't able to accommodate me and forwarded me to another vet.

Pretty clean for pets being in and out all day. Pretty efficient, not long wait times after arrival.

Cost is about the going rate as any vet clinic in the area, but definitely less than the city.

I absolutely 💯 love Robyn and her team, they are remarkable, when I need emergency help they allow me in without appointment, I understand to pay extra I do not mind, soon I'll move to another state, pfft don't think I won't drive that far for an appointment, they make my nuppies better, I appreciate them, thank ya'll very much, I refuse to go any where else,❤
