I have never had such an awesome experience. We had to use the warranty on our bed (unfortunately). From first contact with Hillary to new bed took about 48 hours. You will always have our business. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Hillary was AMAZING!!!!!! I came in with my 9year old daughter looking for her first big girl bed. Hillary was kind, patient and knew exactly what we wanted & were looking for. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a mattress. We were not pressured she wanted to help. I will recommend all of my friends and Family to see Hillary. My wife and I only came in to shop for pillows. April was extremely helpful and patient with us as she was helping us find some. She went out of her way to call other stores to find the only other pillow of a specific brand for us.

Called to have my motorized base lowered following my wife’s return from rehab. The bed was too high. Called April and she handled getting someone over quickly to complete the job. Work was completed within 30 minutes. We originally purchased our bed from April which was Wonderful experience and we hit a snag of a high bed and she handled this professionally and promptly. Initially, we thought we were sure on our next purchase for a matress. We did our due diligence and did the typical review by literally laying down on as many mattresses. We're talking discount stores, big corporate stores, and even locally homeowned stores. We were wrong.
April took the time to explain in great detail of the differences in the mattress we had researched. And we became concerned that no matter which mattress we selected, we would have to dig deep within our pockets. April then showed us a 'sister' sleeper and we fell in love with it. Because of her time and patience, she explained the differences and similarities in our choices and decided to go with one of her professional selections and are thankful for not purchasing something that would have been more detrimental to our sleep and backs. April was great at helping select a mattress and adjustable base! The Dr.Oz pro base is a game changer! This adjustable base allows you to relax and fall into a deeper sleep. I definitely recommend her to help you find your next mattress.

All joking aside, we felt really good about the products he directed is toward.
