Kurt was willing to answer all my questions and then some. We have even gone so far as to ask his recommendations on new appliances, since he has so much knowledge about which brands are trustworthy and which give folks the most problems.

I have a warranted GE gas stove & had an appt for Sept 14th w this company. They were a no show & I've left 3 messages since then with no reply. Finally GE customer service said they weren't taking customers right now but returning a phone call would have been professional.
