I've been taking my cats there since they were little. Always a clean place, staff is so friendly. Dr. Bridges is very nice and answers all your questions.

Always so careful with my Dog and Puppy . Reminds me ahead of meds to be picked up. Fast retrieval of cuties..Very nice folks. Been a loyal client for over 10 years! Picture after the appointment ..... ( comfy) 😁

They were a tremendous help during a very difficult trip. I ran out of my dogs liver meds while in Louisville for my brother who was dying with terminal cancer. Dr Bridges's office helped me by filling the prescription from a fax my vet sent them. Very compassionate and friendly staff.

When my 2 dogs were pups we took them to a clinic I will not name, although our experience was fine when the dogs were young, we needed a more comprehensive, experienced, and personal experience as my dogs began to age. Dr. Bridges explains everything to you and gives you options in a way that anyone can understand. Dr. Bridges is very compassionate and has often made calls after hours to give results because he understands how important your pet can be to you.

My boyfriend and his family started using Dr. Bridges about 20 yrs ago and I have continued by bringing my zoo here also!! Very professional and such great people that work in the office. I feel super comfortable bringing my furfamily here. I really do appreciate the grest care and time given to our animals. We can't thank you enough.

What a great find! I called and was given a 7:30 pm appointment same day although they closed at 7pm...I called a second time and asked is this was right...and I was reassured by the staff that they would see my Curly after hours! Luckily my appointment was rescheduled because of a cancellation! Yay!
Upon arrival there was a very aggressive dog checking out and I was certain he was going to have me and Curly for a snack! We we're greated quickly with smiling faces and placed in a treatment room!
Dr Bridges and assistant performed a full exam and we discussed an appropriate plan which included several options! I was very pleased with the overall visit and my dog and I were treated like family!
Also the exam rooms and waiting room were so clean that the 10 second rule could apply!(well maybe)
My pets and I are happy campers to have BRAC right around the corner!
So yes without hesitation I highly recommend Bardstown Rd Animal Clinic for the care of your furry friends!

Great vet and staff!!

I brought my 3 month old German Shepherd in to have her last round of boosters. Additionally, I showed Dr.Bridges her rash and he prescribed Bravecto for a dog of the age 6 months. 20 minutes after the chew she began crying, shaking, and lost all bladder control. He also prescribed 50 mg of Benadryl 3 times a day for a 3 MONTH OLD PUP. Not coming back. My dog is in pain and I wish I saved $147 dollars.

Took my girl to vet on Wednesday and by Monday was dead due to medications given as prescribed.
