White Castle

I went in there in the afternoon. Dining room was was slow and drive thru looked a little busy. Employees are very friendly and keep it clean. You order food to use the restroom. There will be a code on your receipt to get in it. My fish was still good and warm when I got home

We ate at this white castle many times, A+. Each time we chose to use the Drive-Thru. A pleasant voice would take my order wanted some fast food, maybe burger, chicken fries, and shrimp. The fried shrimp was heavenly. The gentlemen and ladies’ workers create the juiciest American fast food. I normally get heartburn but not here. The best part was the after taste. The worst part is I live 721 miles to the nearest white castle.

Food is good. I get the breakfast toast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. Reminds me of childhood. Place is clean! Workers are nice. The atmosphere is off because you have homeless people inside trying to get warm. Not a problem. But there's always that one that's just extra.

Always crave white castle, but this morning I stopped for coffee. While waiting for my order, one crew member had mentioned to me a previous customer had ordered some food and forgot to take it with them. The kind crew members allowed me to take that order and give it to some folks down the street who were in need. Much appreciated and grateful they didn't throw it in the trash. Thank you!

If you come to Google maps to secret review because you've never been to White Castle, I'm going to assume you're in town from one of the outer places. You don't live in the city, a village, maybe a town. Ok. I got you stranger. First of all you should only find yourself in the White Castle between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. it is best if you find yourself, a mild inebriated, and in need of proper substance.

Order the following:
5 cheeseburgers
Sack of onion rings
milkshake
Let's not make it complicated

My first time at a White Castle; have only had the frozen versions. Loved it. Fresh bread and perfect little bite burgers, just as hoped for. Delicious.
Friendly staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

So jealous that we don't have these back home in Georgia! Probably for the best because I would eat way too much. So delicious!

I just want to give a quick shout out to the employees at the White Castle on the corner of First & Market! The food was hot, bagged properly, presented properly, everything was there... It was just the perfect experience. People jump on to complain but I'm jumping on to thank them. Simple things like folding the bag over to close it aren't done anymore. They did everything right. Not sure who was working but it was today at about 10am. Thank you all!

Great staffing in an area of Louisville overrun by nearby homeless shelter. Homeless are often a fixture in and around this restaurant, however the staff always treats them with respect, while asking them not to loiter.

Been eating there for 15 years in my opinion the best in Louisville

Ha I was so excited when I saw that white castle sign! I grew up eating White Castle in Gary Indiana! I’m here in Louisville with some coworkers and I saw the white castle sign and I immediately had to take them to this restaurant. It was glorious! They had never had white castles before so I introduced them to one of my favorite restaurants as a little kid! It was exactly how I remembered! I currently live in Arizona and up until today we did not have a white castle restaurant but they are opening up one literally this morning in Scottsdale! I can only hope and pray that they will open up at White Castle in Chandler Arizona.

The White Castle restaurant and drive through in Louisville Kentucky has Great service and promptly made to order food.
They now have a great tasting "IMPOSSIBLE
SLIDERS" that is a non meat burger that tastes Great! Tastes just like a regular White Castle except its vegan!
They also have all the usual White Castle faves.
Family friendly close to Church Hill Downs,The River and all Louisville attractions!

I go here often & the staff is always fast and friendly. My family and I went here for valentines last night & they really went all out. Great place & great people! <3

Finally moved to a state that has White Castle! Haven’t had White Castle in 8 years since leaving NJ. Oh the joy I felt walking in and smelling those delicious little burgers, the stank attitude of the workers, and getting my order back slightly wrong. Everything was just as I remembered. I’ve never been so happy to get such terrible customer service in my life. I truly missed White Castle…. 5 STARS!!!

Got White Castle during my recent Louisville visit. Wanted to take some to my BF, but decided to do so on the drive home. Stopped here, no wait, fast and friendly service. And food was still warm 2 hours later. We had some last night .. 20 seconds in the microwave, and still quite tasty. White Castles in our area are long time closed, so it's a treat when I'm traveling and see one. Not my everyday diet, but so good when I go.

The manager had a nasty attitude in the drive-thru. I had ordered the number 9 (10 cheeseburger with no onions, 20 chicken rings, and fries. And I had ordered a medium drink. I had only received 15 chicken rings and the cheeseburger had onions on them. This is the second time I have received poor service from this restaurant (Market Street), I will not be going back there😡🤬

I love this White castles I always go here. It's close to my daughter's house. Great service even when the drive-thru is backed up,.... it doesn't take long. At one point in time this was the biggest White castles in the world!
