McDonald's

Stopped in Louisville over the weekend to watch the fireworks and had a great time. By the end of the night everyone was starving and couldn’t find any place that was open. Luckily this MickeyD’s was and although the indoor section was closed, they let us order through the drive through which was a lifesaver. Only concern would be what looked like bullet marks in their drive thru screens. Though this could be from a disgruntled Burger King lover.

This McDonald has been remodeled since the last time I was in there. I like the new look. Place was pretty clean. One of employees was cleaning the dining room while I was in there. The employees were very friendly, but the young black man working the register needs to watch his language on the front line. My sausage egg biscuit was pretty good.

The staff at this McDonald's are always friendly and even though it may be crowded, they get you in and out without all the mistakes a lot of other restaurants have. The food is fresh and doesn't seem to have been sitting under the warmer light very long. I really appreciate that they have started trying to keep the homeless and drug addicts away from the establishment because they tend to harass the customers.

I was there when the Pegasus parade was going on and it was extremely crowded(folks out the door to the sidewalk),but the staff did their best with all the demanding people. They had tons coming in plus the drive-thru. Great job y'all!

It would be nice if they made your food the way you ordered it. Just saying they wonder why their food costs keep going up. Maybe if you start doing what the screen says the food cost would go back to normal. Step y'all's services up just saying.

this is one of the nicest mcdonald's i've ever been to (and i travel), there was somebody greeting me at the door and someone checking on me while i ate inside! very friendly staff and it's very clean

A great place to get your meal and enjoy yourself.One thing I don't like but it's just not McDonald's. It's all of the fast food places downtown. They have to buzz you in to use the bathroom due to people entering them and using drugs.So they don't come into the store.3

This particular location understands the situation or struggles that normal joes is dealing with. Their connection to different people's perspectives, keeps everyone grounded in Louisville in our toughest moments. As always thanks for your service!

I love my McChicken and this restaurant tries their best keeping it clean

Every morning for a week- 2 oatmeals/Xtra water, chicken biscuit, chicken mcgriddle. The drive thru workers were very nice!!!

My friend and I have eaten here frequently the last few years. Sometimes, it was hit or miss. But lately , very pleased hot fresh food, and get our orders right. The people in drive through are very pleasant , nice, sweet, friendly people, especially the very aesthetically pleasing , easy on the eyes handsome friendly young man Javier. He does the orders quick, prompt, efficient, but if there is a wait, I don’t mind if he’s working , whether we talk about playing bingo or asking how I’ve been. Means a lot. Give him a raise! :)

Apparently having issues keeping working; however, I don't think it has to do with anything other than location.

Long wait but the order was right, the food was good, and the employees that waited on us in drive-thru was very friendly

This McDonald's is always an excellent choice when seeking a quick bite after work. My personal favorite is the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. The service always quick and the drive thru line moves quickly. See you next time!

I come there everyday get food and two large strawberries shakeya d quarter pounder with bacon cold and fries. Try calling three to four times no answer

Ordered a vanilla ice cream cone for my wife. The clerk gave her a huge perfectly swirled ice cream single cone. A great amount for my money spent. A first for any McDonalds.
