White Castle

A few days ago, before I went out of town. I went here to get a 10 piece of cheese sliders, chicken rings and french fries. The employees as always given me good customer service. My blue 88 Chevy Silverado battery went dead. Anyways, a young couple, which one of them was the younger man help push my truck out the way of traffic and he helped me jump back the truck back to life. As always, thanks white castle and I will see you all soon.

Black castles is always good. The people was very nice. The only problem is every time I go in there. It’s always wall-to-wall people in there probably because their dinner time whenever I do go and they got plenty enough room for standing I don’t know what the problem is they move pretty quick, it’s always packed

It was wonderful they had just opened, in a young man with pearls and one other person was there. They fixed my 20 box order in no time flat and it was so good!!!

Food was good, clean restaurant. Service was extremely slow.

Delicious and the staff was incredibly nice. They went on and on about their specials and asked us to come back :)

Me and my son went through the drive-through during breakfast hours. He was able to onder off the lunch menu, and I got breakfast. Everything came out correct and in a short period of time. Great service at the window!

There were 2 ladies working. I felt so bad the lady with printed glasses made sure my food was fresh. I really wanted to go behind the counter to help her. Around 11:44am October 15th,2023. Thank you mamm . I greatly appreciate .

Well, I had White Castle cheeseburgers for the first time in Louisville Kentucky last week. mama. my mother usually orders Krystal Burgers from Door Dash which is the equivalent of a White Castle Burger I guess. They are equally bad fir you great tasting .

This location is pretty great during the day/early evening. Night visits can be a little sketch at times, and weekend nights are generally to be avoided with long waits in the drive-thru, very loud music from cars and fairly frequent incidents between customers.

Best shakes in Louisville. The restaurant was clean. It seemed to be ran by a bunch of teenage girls. They killed it. They were doing a great job. Only thing I had an issue with is a small cup and my medium size shake container but they dropped in there like we wouldn't notice lol

Manger Reed is an amazing worker!!! Very exciting, efficient, and professional. Food was fresh, hot, and on time. The crew was also very efficient while attending to their individual duties. Place was clean inside and out.

Food was good an hot there was a long wait but they were shirt staffed an we didn't mind we understood, the food was worth the wait THANK YOU TO TEAM THAT WAS THERE

Clean, friendly, and fresh. I've been a fan of White Castle for years and they've always impressed me with there food quality when you consider the speed in which it is prepared. Keeping up with the times is important. The lack of help seems to be a problem everywhere. Is laziness the new norm? There are far too many jobs available for unemployment to be as high as it is. Update: things have gone down hill. Unfortunately it seems like 2nd shift is staffed but has too many unmotivated workers and a severe lack of management. It has become unkempt a neednd judging from another experience at another White Castle, they seem to be out of many items regularly which includes the drink machines. I'm becoming more disappointed with the proficiency of the cooks and more impressed with the cashier's who usually seem to be knowledgeable. White Castles in the downtown area and the west end and south end need someone with an understanding of how things should operate and how to deal with the public. Not just workers who show up for a paycheck.

It's white castle we all know the drill after eating you swear on everything you won't do it again but for some messed up reason we all gotta do it. And then top it off with a big red.. mmm good til the next time.

Below is the issue that I had with this location. Shortly after I left the 1 star review the manager Winona called to speak with me. She was very friendly and she has left me a satisfied customer.

Very upset. My order is wrong, I didn't get a receipt so I am searching the number to call. No one is answering the phone. I got 2 combo meals, code tater tots on one combo, the other one has none. Asked for extra napkins and strawberry jelly, got no napkins and grape jelly. Ask for 6 cream and 8 sugars with both coffees. The drive thru worker tried to hand me a handful of cream and sugar. I had to request for it to be put in a bag. When I finally see it at home I have 5 cream and 6 sugars. I hope that someone at the stores sees thus and reaches out since they are not answering the phone.

Nobody beats White Castle's breakfast for value.
