Value market always gets my sons prescription in a timely manner. If they don’t have it, they can order it within 24 hours really like this.

After running into a nightmare scenario at the Fern Creek CVS, I'm transferring all of my meds here. I had to fill a couple prescriptions in December and January, and ValuMarket filled them within 15 minutes of the doctors calling them in (and they weren't 8 days behind like I was told CVS was). Sure, they don't have a drive-through, but I'll take 100% better service inside the store over a drive-through lane. They take most insurance plans too. This is the closest thing to a hometown (non-chain) pharmacy with individual quick service we're going to get in Louisville.

Personal service! Always been prompt and efficient! Not something you get most places these days. Switched to them about 2 years back. I highly recommend.
