I want to say that Alex and Michelle Gretchen and the rest of the staff are the most caring people not only for your pet but for the owners... this past Monday I had to make the decision to put my poor baby to sleep after Almost 17 and a half years With him They truly Were supportive and allowed the time to Say Goodbye they even gave me a lock of his hair and sent a beautiful flower with condolences which is so much appreciated thank you all For all you do

They have been our vet for over 5 years now and our male Staffy is so nervous to go to the vet. They have always been accepting and helpful with him and our other fur babies! Great friendly team and have taken our Corso on short notice a couple times when she needed immediate care. Would highly recommend! .

Dr. Kline and staff have taken care of our fur babies for 22+years. Many of the staff are still there after all these years, and greet us with a familiar smile. We can't say enough about the loving and caring way they treat our furry family as well as the way they treat us!

I highly recommend these people to look after and care for your fur babies! They are sooo amazing!

My 3 fur babies are always treated well and are literally excited to go in. Of course they love their groomer Madison there. She always does a great job

I've given 5 stars before, but needed to edit because I've been BLOWN away with them. They truly helped us in a difficult spot and I will be forever grateful. We've brought our animals here over 13+ yrs and I will continue to drive out of our way to have them be in their care. The staff is caring and they are just the best all around. I'd give 10+ stars if possible. They really care for your pets like family, and that means a lot. Because they are.

The staff there is really helpful and explained everything so I could understand. They have helped my dog where some other vets just didn't really care or just kept prescribing meds that weren't fully helping. I also hear they have 2 new doctors.

Our normal vet didn't have a dr in so we could not take our dog. They got us in with no problem a week ago and was wonderful. Unfortunately we had to put our sweet boy down today. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts the staff was great💕

This location has ❤ spoke to Alexis then Dr Kline worked out a game plan for neighbors dogs checked out that neighbors agreed. Dr Pierce & staff took good care of the fur Babies. Everyone left 🤗😀Both dogs left 😃 🐕🐕& pleased with the experience!

I took my 2 yr old fur baby here for a check up and 1st round of shots and they were great! I went back to a room as soon as I got there. Only waited about 10 mins for the Dr to take her and exam her and give her the shot. Dr came in and was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared very much. The total time in was about 30 mins which I appreciated. Prices are extremely fair. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

Dr Kline has cared for my pets for nearly twenty years. I trust her to do what's best for them.

Took my cat here for the first time yesterday due to some respiratory issues, and they were the only place open late enough to get off work and bring him in. They were so sweet and handled my boy with so much care. This was the first good experience I’ve had out of any of the other vets in the area, and I will definitely be going back here forever. Thank you guys for being so awesome with Bubba ❤

Dr. Kline and staff have been taking care of all our fur babies for almost the past 10yrs. 4/7 of them I have adopted from the clinic. Love love love this establishment. They really care about the health and wellbeing of the animals and it's not just a business

I recommend anyone that has a pet to go to Preston Animal Hospital. I took my cat Spooky to Dr. Kline and discovered he was diabetic. He had to have 2 shots per day. Not only did Dr. Kline and her staff help him they helped me as well, they taught me how to give him his shot and learn how to keep myself and my cat calm. That summer, one of the hottest days of the summer he got of the house and was gone all day did not have any food, water or insulin. He came back that night quite ill. I took him to Dr. Kline and it was believed he did suffer from heat exhaustion and of course very high blood sugar. I didn't think he was going to make it. But Dr. Kline and her staff got him through. He is a spoiled, happy cat today thanks to Dr. Kline and her staff. All of these ladies are awesome. If you love your pet as much as I love mine, you can trust Preston Animal hospital. This entire staff loves animals as well.

So far, has been a 100% improvement over other vets ive been to. No rediculous requests or unnecessary signature release stuff. (Shively said if i dont give them permission to photograph and use said photos of my pet, they wouldnt see my pet. We dont go there anymore)
