I recently used the services of Premier Real Estate Management to sell my condo! Knowing that going through the preparation and then the sale process can be difficult and stressful, I approached the task with dread! However, the entire experience was the best I have have ever relative to the upgrading, listing, showing, selling and closing! Everyone at Premier - Sharon, Rob, the construction and maintenance crew - EVERYONE was first class and the house was beautiful, clean and very attractive when put on the market! It was like a one-stop-shop experience from start to finish! My home was small so we knew it would appeal to a narrow audience - but even at that the process took about 1 1/2 months from the time the improvements were done until the sale was complete. I would use Premier in a heartbeat - for remodeling, selling or management! They are the best and I am forever grateful!!!!! Thanks Premier! Donna J. Wallis

Premier Real Estate is great Property and HOA Management Company! We utilize them for both services and would highly recommend. They are on top of their leasing, financials and build rapport with their residents. Their maintenance crew is quick and very knowledgeable. We have tried many other property management companies before and they have been the best.

I have been at my residence for 2 years I was a bit hesitant when new management was announced but it was after an issue with plumbing and the speedy resolution that changed my mind. They are fast at taking care of any maintenance request. I would recommend definitely any day.

Our experience with Premier started off very good. We met with Jessica one afternoon about two months ago interested in leasing a home in Liberty. It was a very nice home and perfect for what we were looking for. The visit and walk through went well, and we sent Jessica our applications plus fees the next day. A few days later, I received a phone call from Jessica stating that we were approved, and that once we gave her the deposit we could begin the process. So we began the always fun process of moving from one home to the other. However, just a few days later Jessica calls me to inform me that the homeowner has decided that he no longer wants to lease the home....so we unfortunately cannot move in. Now, I've worked in retail and marketing for quite some time now. I understand that things happen and extenuating circumstances arise that kink up a deal. I 100% do not blame Jessica or Premier for the homeowners decision...that's not up to them. However, what I DO BLAME Premier for is the fact that, as I stated earlier, we are now two months removed from this all happening. And have I received my refund yet? Absolutely not. The stress of all of the sudden having to change plans of where we are going to move having already given my 30 days notice at my last house is one thing...that absolutely sucked. But now that life has calmed back down and relaxed a little, I would like this to be resolved. But, of course, we get 0 returned calls from Jessica and she never answers the phone. Matter of fact, I dont think that I ever once got Jessica on the phone when I called....she would always call me back. We're not talking about serious money here, just $100 or so. But the fact that all of this happened (the house being pulled out from us and the basic freak out that happens after you realize you've screwed yourself out of the home you're living in and now have no place to go) and now we don't even get the simplest of calls back to us. How hard is it to call and say "My bad, I forgot to send the check"? Guess it's just a little too hard for Premier and their staff. I'm not going to tell my friends about this, because to be quite honest our original visit and conversations went well. Chances are, Premier usually takes care of their customers....just not this one.

DONT MOVE INTO ANYWHERE WITH PREMIER REAL ESTATE!!! they will scam you for as much money as they can when you move out. I moved out with My carpet in GREAT condition. They charge me $600 a month after moving out (then set the due date of that fine for that day so it would be late) for them to replace the carpet. I resigned the lease after living with them for years, and they decided not to resign it a month before the lease ended it. They never kept up with maintenance and found any way to make residents pay for any small thing that they were at fault for. They are all rude and will ignore you. make sure to get everything in writing. They will try to call you so there’s no trace and evidence to what they’re saying so they won’t be liable.

Beware of this management as they will try their best not to give back the deposit. Even tried to charge $200 for the trash in the bags that were left on the curb for the trash company to pick it up. I had to take them to the court because they DID NOT give all the deposit back. The judge made them do it. I was also a very good tenant for over 5 years no late payments but that did not matter to them still trying to get money from me whatever ways they can try. Thanks to the Judge, Justice is serve. Others please BEWARE OF THEM!

I'm in my late twenties and i have been renting since i was 18. Out of all the places I've been around this area, this agency has been the absolute worst. The "leasing staff" is beyond a joke. She's completely unreliable and unprofessional. How she is still employed is beyond me. Getting maintenance done varied depending on who was doing it. It took them 3 months to fix a broken window that was broken before I moved in. And when they finely came to fix it, they had to run to the hardware store because they measured the window wrong. It also seemed that particular maintenance worker was high. And that's just one of the MANY issues I had with them. The place as a whole might not be terrible, but my experience with them was. I've never hated living in a place before like I did that house. Plus the rent was very high for the quality of the home. I also tried to contact the VP of the business to talk about getting my deposit back (because of course they claimed that it was dirty enough that it took ALL OF THE MONEY from the deposit), but surprise surprise i never received a phone call back. I've accepted that I've lost that money for good. It's almost worth it to be rid of them. As far as future renters go, don't believe their pretty little lies they tell you to suck you in. It's not worth the headache or hassle and I guarantee you'll find better deal elsewhere.

Do not move anywhere that they manage! They will ignore your maintenance requests and leave you trapped with infestations of poisonous bugs that aren’t your fault! Sharon Archer is rude, condescending & extremely unhelpful considering people are spending their hard earned money to live in their properties. BEWARE!!

We love living where we do, but this company is a joke. We got new owners and they were inquiring us to pay a pet deposit, which we had already paid. They did not turn anything that we have paid over to new management or owners. Just the contract we had signed. I got in contact with our new management and she is great. She said to send her all emails that had shown that i paid such items to her and everything is squared away. Premier is a joke, we love kendall property :)
