Note: purchased at Overland Park store but picked up in Peculiar.

Kyle, the sales manager, was an excellent resource in helping us select our product. He organized a personal pickup at their Peculiar warehouse for the following day and it was very easy for us all-around. The price was competitive for anything else we have found on the market and definitely beats Wayfair or other online retailers because we could actually experience it first-hand on the showroom floor.

The couches are incredibly comfortable with leather that helps prevent my 2 dogs and 3 cats from staining them. The material is soft and the perfect fit for our living room style.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team. The additional warranty is worth the money. Highly recommend!

I got a couch, loveseat, end table, and coffee table delivered today from Christian, Chris, and Aaron. They were very professional, delivered 100% correct items, were within the delivery window, and provided excellent customer service to both me and my girlfriend. I highly recommend those three gentlemen be sent to deliver more often as they will make a lot of customers happy as a result of their service

It was good. Enjoyed shopping there. No pressure and staff were awesome. OFFERED assistance and I told him what I was shopping for. Pointed me on the direction and waited for me to ask questions and offered other suggestions. Really enjoyed my day shopping with my grandson and granddaughter. Pick up the guy was really exceptional. Loaded my furniture very quickly and I really appreciated his speed and talent at loading. I got home without any issues and my grandson is enjoying his new bed tonight. Thank you all for a wonderful day of shopping.

Decent prices. Ordered a chaise chair online. Was told 90-120 days. It came in less than a month. Pleasantly surprised! Easy, easy pick up at Peculiar store! Super friendly staff. Love my chair!

Staff always helpful and courteous. We have purchased most of our furniture there over the last 10 years. They back up what they sell and don't pressure you to buy. The furniture has held up and still looks good, but we wanted a change and they had what we needed.

I always get great service here and the furniture so far has been great, here you just drive up they get your merchandise to you quick no complaints I want to give kudos to Kat who works at the main office she took care of a situation when she didn't have to that is what made me come back here since Nebraska furniture didn't have the same customer service appreciation

This place is awesome! The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. They answered all our qeustions and they deliver the furniture that we purchased to our houses quickly. Again wonderful place.

The service was excellent, but the product was damaged. Called customer service and they got right on it. They've ordered new parts. Let's see how long they take to get here.
