Hartwick General Store (Amish)

A large general store that features freshly made donuts and coffee on Saturday mornings. The store carries hard-to-find natural remedies, a good assortment of quality fabrics, furniture, toys, and household goods.
They used to have a hardware store in the basement, but the lighting was poor, so they built a new hardware store next door.
The people who run the store are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry.
If you are looking for quality merchandise, they have it. It is not a discount store so be prepared to pay for quality.

It really was a charming place to come and check things out. We bought a few things, and they were reasonably priced. Altogether, a pretty nice place to shop.
