My dad went in to pay for his phone service and wasn't even acknowledged. Employees were sitting without customers and no one said a word to him. Terrible customer service.

Went in today for a simple question and 2 1/2 hours later was finally helped Mary other customers waiting while associates sat chit chatting with customers that were already done!!! Terrible customer service!!!!
