Harbor Freight Tools

I got my workbench and table vise and cases from Harbor Freight. I got no complaints at all.great price as long as you know what your looking for. And know what to look for in your tools. Sometimes cheap tools can be better then the expensive stuff. Do your research

I stopped in at harbor freight to find some auto tools. I located the tools I needed quickly thanks to the isle signs and found exactly what I needed for reasonable prices.

First time in here. Clean and organized, was able to find what I needed in a short time. Only spoke to one employee, he was nice and helpful. Will be visiting here again! There coupons are helpful too, 20% off and free item with any purchase!

I spend a lot of money here, just be careful and don't go for the cheapest brand of an item.

This used to be toys are us store for kids. Now it's a toys are us store for me. I have spent more money in that building than anywhere else. Lol! The people at harbor freight are great and love how close it is to pop in and get what I need for a project.

Really like this store. Lots of helpful tools to get your job done. Purchased an inspection scope and extra cable. Amazing picture that allowed me to see back behind the wall to diagnosis the issue with a 123 year oil pocket door in an antique house. Spending $100 on a camera and cable saved a lot of unnecessary work and destruction to the wall. Also purchased an oil funnel kit that connects to the valve cover directly and has numerous adapters to fit various manufactures.

Super nice folks willing to help and yet not pushy. Big selection and the quality have improved greatly. I highly recommend taking a look at them now.

There is always plenty of parking. It's never too busy, rarely is there a check out line. All the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful when I needed help finding anything. And the wide variety of tools is plentiful, and the prices are generally below the larger Home & Hardware stores.

I think it's dangerous for any tool-loving man (or woman) to step foot inside there. Very clean, well-laid out, and reasonably-priced tools. They may not be name brands, but that doesn't stop me from wanting them (... all 😁).

What can I say, it’s Harbor Freight! You can’t find a store with a better return policy on hand tools. Doesn’t exist. Store manager Tim is a great guy, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

What can I say, I love that place! I must add that the nice young gal that was at the register was extremely helpful and very polite. Super friendly, and could not have done a better job. Thank you Harbor Freight, for a clean and well organized store, and for hiring such wonderful and helpful people.

My partner acts like Harbor freight is an adult toy store. He literally gets excited to go to a new one. The employees here were helpful and we had an awesome time walking around buying stuff we really didn't need.

Small business feel and great prices. Staff make you feel comfortable to be there take your time.

They should be called tools are us! My husband was actually shopping for some type of straps for hauling on his trailer hes a hot shot driver. Unfortunately he did not find what he needed here but the store was clean with good customer service.

Nice selection of tools, ranging from cheap to pricey, but budget friendly non the less. Go on in and check them out, nothing to lose.

My experience at Waterloo Harbor Freight was excellent, I had superior service from the manager Tim Nieman. He found everything my son in law requested on my Xmas list and I was quickly on my way. Very nice man, will be back again to do more business for sure.

Quality tools the staff is always around to answer any question you may have, they are kind & helpful. The store is very clean & stocked. Always have a coupon or two & usually coupon for something free like flashlights or tape measure etc. Cashiers are always pleasant. Check it out
