I can't express how happy I was when I found Tedd Wood Cabinetry and became a dealer 4 years ago. After years of searching for a cabinet company to have a similar business focus as we do, Tedd Wood has filled that void. From the initial order until delivery, everything is done with professionalism. The office staff has great communication and the quality of the cabinetry is excellent. When there is an issue with a cabinet, it is handled promptly to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. With the wide variety of styles, colors, and modifications available, Tedd Wood Cabinetry has become our go-to lines of cabinets.

I really could have chosen all the options of what I like about this company. I have sold Tedd Wood for about 20 years and love them. They are not perfect, but no company is. They are a breeze to deal with, are good quality at a good mid range price. Many manufacturers have lost the personal touch, but TW has not.

As a designer I LOVE working with Tedd wood. Their product is beautiful and they stand behind their work 100%. They truly care about their customers, designers, and their dealers. I cannot say personally or professionally that I know of many companies where the President of the company knows me on a first name basis and is a pleasure to speak with. I love designing with their product because the possibilities are endless and I can truly give the client whatever look they are trying to achieve. We are so impressed with the quality, attention to detail and beauty of these cabinets. We chose rustic alder natural finish for our major kitchen remodel and even our contractor is impressed with the quality. At least 3 quality control signatures or markings are on each cabinet. Attention was given to board placement regarding knot holes, grain etc. We could not be more pleased with our choice to go with Tedd Wood cabinetry.

We have been dealing Tedd Wood cabinetry for over 30 years and love working with them. The company is run with integrity and their cabinetry is extremely well-built at a great price point. Tedd Wood is my favorite cabinet line to design/work in. They go the extra mile. I once had two island cabinets that needed modification; Tedd Wood sent a driver up with a van to pick them up, bring it down to PA for modifying, then back up again to deliver it. The driver drove through the night to make our deadline and I met him sleeping in the van in our parking lot that morning.

TeddWood has an impeccable product! Top quality in construction as well as the quality of their finishing. To look at one of their more popular painted cabinets, the finish looks creamy and delicious! Their ability to do anything (as long as it's structurally stable) is completely unmatched in the industry. My favorite call is from some installer that has never met me asking to be on my "preferred installer list" because this is the kind of quality that they want to install all of the time! This is one investment that you won't be sorry you made - when you get the best, you never regret it.

I recommend this company with no reservations! I'm going to be selfish and hope that none of my competitors get this line, as it will help them compete with me better. To my clients, this line will fit your needs for both a semi-custom and a fully custom kitchen or bath. The price point is great, the quality of construction and finish is exactly what my clients wish for, and the customer service and warranty is hard to match. Keep it up, Tedd Wood!

I had Tedd Wood fine luxury cabinets installed in my kitchen back in 2012. Unfortunately, the designer I used went out of business. I contacted Tedd Wood directly to share with them my dissatisfaction with the way the cabinetry is wearing in certain spots. They were receptive at first to try and help me. They sent a repair kit. Then, Tedd Wood sent a local rep to my home to look at the wear on a couple cabinets and they 'claim' it is normal wear and tear. I think not. It is poor quality of the product. They offered to send me a replacement cabinet (IMO admitting that it is flawed) - They never sent the cabinets. I was promised this on 10/11/19. Although the product may seem like it is a high quality, well made in the USA (I might add) they are a company that does not offer good customer service and they sadly do not stand behind their product. Lifetime warrenty - read the fine print and it is very subjective as they claim it is normal wear and tear. Think twice before spending a lot of money on their 'fine line of cabinetry'. I wish I read a review like this prior to spending tens of thousands on my new cabinetry.

This company is an absolute joke. Customer service does not exist there nor does a timely response. Half the cabinets arrived incorrectly (hinges drilled on the wrong side, wood faces instead of glass, island stain separate colors, etc.). One would think that a contractor would not need to rip down almost half the cabinets when paying for custom. Their response time to fix issues left us without a kitchen and running water for 3 additional months. If I could do it all over, I'd run the other way!
