Absolutely beautiful!! The trails to the coolest waterfall I have seen in a while were not bad at all. It has a few spots on the trail that are a little hairy but only to be expected 😉. Definitely worth the time to see!! We also had a BBQ at the picnic site and the grill was top notch!!! Vacation day #2 well spent at Raccoon Creek State park!!! Good times for sure!!

Great spot for maps, directions or if you need help. Stopped in to get a map of the park with hiking trails and found that they also sell fire wood for $5 a pack. Clean restrooms too. There is a hiking trail to the Mineral Springs waterfall just a few steps from here.

We had a wonderful time at Raccoon State Park taking are grandsons fishing. Thank you to the Park Service for being so helpful and for the wonderful clean Park to visit.

This park is literally a HIDDEN TREASURE, which I'm reluctant to expose but it's necessary. 42mi. of hiking trails, 100+acre lake, Wildflower Reserve, Rustic/Primitive camping & catered camping. HUGE, UNTOUCHED and "NATURALLY" GORGEOUS!!!
