My dog passed away suddenly last week. I called Arners to have him cremated. They came to the house to get him. They were very caring and took wonderful care of him. Today they delivered his ashes to our home in a tin covered with paw prints. We were totally pleased with them and their services.

We took our youngest daughters puppy there his name was Copper he had been hit by a car and his collar was still on him my husband tried to take it off but because our daughter was there who is only 12 was so upset he stop my mother and father suggested we have him cremated and we took him here and this is where they had their dog done, and when we received him today, his collar was burnt with his body in the bottom of their earn box, which was dented and his paw print doesn’t even have his name on it. It says Cooper. So I called the facility and they told me that once a body leaves their facility to get cremated. It’s out of their hands and there.and there was nothing they could do ! Talk about a sad little girl and very disappointed Mom
