Hissom Roofing & Construction LLC is wonderful to work with. What I really like about this company is that it's family owned and operated, and has been in business for over 60 years. When you've done something for that amount of time you can't help but get good at it and everyone you raise up in your family has learned that trade since childhood. They not only do Roofing but specialize in historical Restorations and all kinds of construction projects, including demolition. If you have a construction project and you don't run it by Hissom Roofing & Construction LLC you have probably sold yourself short. A quick phone call well reveal their extensive knowledge and friendly staff. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed!

This company is reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The owner is a caring man who goes out of his way in providing a solution to home problems, such as leaking roofs, fire, and water damage, etc. The owner is an upfront man who will work with his clients by giving them the best solutions and prices. my doors been broken into and I have been 3 or 4 days trying to get a estimate of what it will cost every time they say they will call me back by noon and yet no call back I will not recommend to anyone else

Poor Communication. The installation appears to be good. The guys worked their butts off. But it took over 3 months to install 3 doors. Spotty communication at best during the process. It took almost 2 months to get an estimate. After that was approved, it was surprise charge after surprise charge. They even switched the material on the doors we wanted without telling us and ordered and installed an outdoor door where the indoor door to connect the garage goes. All said and done, we ended up waiting over 3 months to get 3 doors we paid twice as much for as estimated and they weren't the doors we expected. It'll probably all be fine, if the doors don't fall off, but my confidence in working with them is exhausted. I had a whole shopping list of jobs for them to do. but I think I'll go back to looking for a decent contractor.

I Never received a bid price on a job.

I initially called the office and they sent somebody out quickly to look at the job. ( Joe ) And that's all he did was look at the job no notes, no pictures, no measurements. ( Roof replacement, with sheeting and new seamless gutters on the barn. ) Called office several times with no answer after several weeks of the initial visit. When I finally got hold of them, ( after two months ) the girl in the office said they lost my bid information. She said she was very sorry and it was her fault because they were moving things around in the office and would call me back immediately with the bid price. Of course I never got that return phone call or bid estimate.

I'm glad that's where my experience with this company has ended and it didn't get worse!

April 10th was my initial consultation with Joe at the job site. I gave up on July 8th.

Over bids jobs or just does not flat show up to give an estimate!
