Good place to load only took 2 hour from start to finish . You can stay in your truck

2.5 stars. Good in and out times.

However, the weight distribution on my particular load could not possibly have been considered. Double stacked pallets of oil in the nose, single stacked middle, and about 20ft of empty space in the tail of my trailer. 32xxx lbs on drives, 25xxx lbs on trailer. Considering oil sloshes around while driving, this load is a lot more dangerous to drive than it should be. The high center of gravity in the nose makes the load feel like it will tip even if you just look at a bend in the road the wrong way

Easy to get into, once your in its golden. The part that’s terrible is the lengthy load times, and even when you get the green light, you have to wait over an hour for the call to move your truck to go grab paperwork, to then walk it in to the building, and finally give it to the security guard.

People seem nice but they take a long time to load and even when the light turns green you wait a long time for them to get the paperwork ready. 3+ hours is unacceptable. Zero concern for drivers time.

4-6 hours for loading

Terrible company! By appointment only and long loading time. They says no more than 12 hours for loading. And more, shut off your engine and sit in the waiting room.
