From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect, which is not something I expected since some jewelry business clock you based on your attire. They were very warm and not at all pressuring us. They explained the differences in gold, diamond etc and gave us multiple options. We decided to get the ring from here instead of the other three stores we went to not only because of price but because they were just so nice! Going back to get my ring cleaned is super easy and always a good time. Warranty is unmatched! They caught an issue with my setting and worked with me to fix it. I mean truly this is a family run business in the best ways possible. I also randomly got some silver hoops one day because they were so cheap and perfect. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

The helpful and knowledgeable team at Gala Jewelers, particularly Carrie and Teresa, helped my aunt and me turn unworn jewelry into pieces of art. And we had so much fun doing it. I went in mostly just to look since I wanted to replace my costume jewelry for real jewelry. The lady ended up helping me think on it and showed me options. Next thing I know we had a deal made and everything I was looking for. That next week I came on in and got my jewelry just how I wanted it and it was less than the estimated price. Would come in again for more.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and my ring was repaired perfectly. When we dropped off the ring, it was close to closing time, but the lady was happy to accommodate us. When we picked up, in less time than promised and for slightly less money than quoted, the rings looked great and the gentleman even opened the door for us as we left. Thank you for your kindness.
