Wow ! I'm reading much of bad reviews. I want to say thank you management team for holding my mail and being considerate about my issue..Thank u staffs as well. I never had a bad issue from this location at all. Very friendly and they actually care. God bless

I'm giving this place a 5 star review because my package was lost in transit for 2 weeks and the amazing employee named Francis helped me. Thankfully he was able locate my package and got it shipped back in my direction. This man deserves a raise for the amazing job he did. If you ever need help with something speak to him! Thank you Francis!

I am moving to Rockford tomorrow and I had a package mailed to my new address. I’m coming from Machesney Park. So Frances had absolutely no obligation to put my new last names on a note so that my mail doesn’t get returned as I mailed my official change of address today. She was kind. Reassuring. Patient. And just so nice. I’m a former Navy Postal Clerk of 11 years. Customer service is #1. She has it mastered. And her trainer Rob I believe his name was, he was exactly like her. He was so nice and very happy about my compliments. Postal clerks are often disregarded and not appreciated. When we get compliments it feels so good. All that hard work. Blood sweat and tears. Was all worth it and somebody recognized. So thank you. From this Navy Veteran. Thank you so very much both of you!!!!! I look forward to working with y’all!!!

I've been coming here 7 years, and the staff is always great. Sure, the line sometimes is slow, and the space is small. But I've never seen that anyone who works here is to blame.

I kind of don’t want to leave a good review because I don’t want it to get busy but I love this post office. Nice little one that doesn’t get too busy. Lady complaining about weed smell probably was just standing by a user. I’ve never experienced that.

My mail carrier it's a fantastic woman and I enjoy seeing her smiling face delivering my mail. She's very sweet to my dog my dog loves her back

Thank you supervisor for help me find out that scam wrote my name and address forward to other post office in other town that supervisor did wrote both right address on both change address form😁👍👌🤝
