My experience with Caraway Orthodontics has been exceptional. Everyone is fantastic at their job. The staff is also warm, welcoming, and helps to ease the anxiety that can come with the braces process. We had an issue come up with my retainer and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was very impressed! 10/10 recommend!

Dr Caraway has a unique combination of excellent bedside manner and high intelligence. He keeps on the cutting edge of technology and uses it to great advantage for his patients. I have recommended him to multiple people.

Dr. Caraway has been amazing! After being let down by another orthodontist, my son had to have braces a second time. Dr. Caraway was able to meet my need to fix the problem and my son's to do it quickly. The office staff is always very friendly and in good spirits, very forgiving when you're running a few minutes late too. Both locations are clean, bright, and have a very relaxed atmosphere.

We have two kids recently complete their braces with Caraway. Dr. Caraway was accurate in his estimate of the amount of time for each kid and the price was very fair compared to others in the area. Dr. Leavitt is a recent addition to the team and he has been great! He called us after each appointment and gave a complete update on their progress. Both doctors and the staff are very friendly - highly recommend Dr. Caraway and Dr. Leavitt!

We interviewed a few orthodontists and got different opinions/pricing. We went with Dr. Caraway and his team who have now treated 2 of my kids. We have been so incredibly happy with the whole process and care. They are so skilled and helpful and it's apparent they stay up with the latest technology for the industry. I would recommend not choosing an orthodontist until you have had a consultation with Caraway Ortho first!

We have really had a great experience with Dr. Caraway and his office staff at both locations. Great, friendly people on the phones - excellent waiting areas (my kids want to come!) Very patient and explanatory at every step of the way! So glad we found Dr. Caraway. Just as I am typing this, they have called twice to follow up on payment issues and are so willing to work with clients so that patients stay with their practice.

Great staff and experience with Caraway Orthodontics! We started with my daughter who is a complicated situation. All procedures, needed referrals, options explained at length and up front. No surprise costs or additional services. Now I am headed that way and had a very honest exam with all options explained and no pressure for unnecessary work. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Timely appointments with ability to stock up on extra supplies needed to keep teeth clean with braces. Highly recommend Dr. Caraway and his office for orthodontics!

My Two children have been patients of dr. Caraway for several years now and we are so deeply grateful for his expertise in Orthodontics . His offices and staff as well as himself are so gracious, kind, generous and experts at what they do.

Dr. Caraway and his team is very professional with beautifully modern offices conveniently located in Louisville and Erie. He is active in the community and sponsors my son's little league baseball and local schools including Erie's Fall Festival. My daughter loved the electric toothbrush and goody bag she received during her orthodontic treatment. As a local dentist myself, I have confidence in Dr. Caraway, I refer all my orthodintic patients to him. My patients rave about Caraway Orthodontics! Higly recommended for both children and adults.

Everyone in the office is so genuine, positive and kind. You can't help but be happy whenever you're in the office, and they've made what can be a scary and hard thing totally comfortable. I'm impressed by Dr. Caraway's attention to detail and I trust them so much. Someone met us on a Sunday when my daughter lost a bracket so she wouldn't be in pain, and was so sweet about it. I'm thankful for them!

Dr Caraway and Staff are very pleasant and all around good people. They listen to how the patient feels about their teeth. In my Daughters words. I brought my 8 year old daughter in to get evaluated and every person from the front to the back was so awesome in making her feel special. Dr. Caraway was so professional as well as thorough. He explained everything not just by telling us but by showing us on his massive screen in his office and it was easy to see what he was explaining. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly, kind, cheerful people you actually look forward to seeing at appointments! Both offices have a refreshing, beautiful decor I enjoy being in. And they know their stuff when it comes to your teeth. Very pleased with my Invisalign experience. Staff even helped entertain my toddler when he accompanied me. Couldn't ask for better service!

What a great business. I always feel so welcome and confident of the services the staff provide. They are professional, and take care of their clients. I just wish they could be my regular dentist too! I love that they have two locations and I visit whichever one fits my schedule. Highly recommend the doctor and his staff kudos to this business !!!
