Lindsay's Boulder Deli @ Haagen Dazs

Was in Boulder with my daughter for a CU admitted student event. Very close to campus and parking was easy to find on side streets just a few blocks away. Great menu options and even a quick grab-n-go section too! I was offered a sample of their homemade sweet potato curry soup and it was amazing! I ended up ordering a cup with my BLT on sourdough. So good! My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich and she ate every last bite! That never happens :)
Atmosphere was great and owner was super friendly and providing great suggestions on selections. I was a little sad I didn’t get to sit in the hand so I’ll definitely have to come back and try that out. It was still nice to have a front row window seat of Pearl Street. If you are in Boulder and want goos food with a friendly vibe, definitely check this place out!

Lindsey‘s bolder deli is hands-down, the best deli in all of Boulder! The menu items are creative designed, giving a lot of thought to every ingredient and each sandwich is made with “Love for the Sandwich layers”

After my first visit, I bought my freshman daughter a $50 gift card so she could get a sandwich every week to reminder her of home and the live I put into a sandwich.

We had a Ruben and a blt sandwich both were delicious. My friend had a bowl of chilli soup, loved it and we had a couple of chocolate chip cookies for dessert. We were greeted at the door with a taste of soup and given a tour of the menu by Lindsay…The place has a great vibe

Excellent food and service! Sampled sweet potato soup and had to get it since it was so good. Got 1/2 sandwich and soup, all good. I need to be gluten free and they were great! Highly recommend, and I would definitely return.

This place is absolutely marvelous And the folks and the good and general atmosphere are great as well. Def a gem on pearl st mall especially when it's freezing cold outside your in need of a hot bowl of excellent soup or chili 🌶. Love the food here for sure highly recommended when in Pearl st mall.

The Mile High Turkey Club is amazing, but can definitely be split between two people. My friend got the boar's Head chili and said it was delicious and not super spicy. They also have HagenDaz ice cream available inside. Staff is really nice and super accommodating. Decent amount of seating, but could be a bit more.

Lindsay's provides Boulder citizens and students with delicious deli products. Thank you for feeding me on my lunch breaks. Your staff is excellent, and your food is delicious.

Quirky deli with great sandwiches and coffee. We had the Trifecta and the Rocky Mountain Rueben with a coke and a latte. Beautiful flavors and good bread.

I've been enjoying Lindsay's for years and am just now writing about it! Lindsay's is a wonderful deli and has terrific ice cream and cookies too. My absolute FAVORITE is their Calypso's salad! It needs no dressing - it's fabulous on it's own. If you find yourself on the Pearl Street Mall, take some time to dash in to Lindsay's for a snack - you'll love it!

Homemade soup (chicken noodle hit the spot) get there early for all the selections! My partner had a tricked out egg salad sandwich that she said was tasty (bacon, chz, sprouts). No photos as we ate it so fast!

Prompt and friendly service, tried both the Totally Tuna Melt(not as melty as I’d hoped) and the Ferris Brieller(turkey & Brie on toasted ciabatta) which is a sandwich I’ll come back for! Business was light for a Sunday afternoon which was very nice

Fantastic joint, the staff were so, so friendly to us, the atmosphere was lovely and the New Yorker was probably the best sandwich I've had in a while. The titular Lindsey especially was so fun to talk to and made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Colorado<3

I regularly go to Lindsay's when I crave a hand-made, filling, and delicious sandwich. They have everything to offer, from light and refreshing to hearty and massive sandwiches. Their location is great if you're walking up and down pearl and need somewhere to refuel, and they're even open decently late if you need that late night energy. I can't forget to mention that they have killer soups and hot dogs. All at a reasonable price!

Amazing sandwiches and the BEST homemade soup (highly recommend the clam chowder), with super friendly service. I’ll definitely stop in again next time I’m in Boulder.

This is our go-to for celebration cakes. They are creative, fun, insanely delicious (how does their ice cream taste even better than the grocery store!!?!?) and affordable. They always bring joy to us.

Now where do I want to eat lunch?

A solid sandwich place, I always feel comfortable here. The fact that I see the eponymous Lindsay (Recognizable via a "Downtown Boulder" banner on the wall) rushing around too reassures me that this place is legit, local, and loved. Also the rainbow flags are great.
So, solidly good - not outstanding, - sandwiches to be found. I haven't patronized the haggen-daaz side yet.

Great service, and amazing sandwiches! Best place to grab a quick and easy lunch!
