Pizzeria Alberico

First time here and I loved it. Met up with a friend that recommended this and I’m happy he did. Great combination of atmosphere, delicious pizza and great value. If you’re in Boulder, give these guys a try.

Overall delicious experience at Pizza Alberico! And my partner is from Rome so that’s saying something 😅 Got the marathon torch cocktail, arancini, fried vegetables, meatball polenta and margherita pizza, then burnt honey gelato and a cannolo for dessert. All was excellent but the cannolo was a bit too heavy on bitter orange. Definitely will be back! Atmosphere and staff were charming.

Had the most amazing experience here last night! It was a very busy night so we had a little bit of a wait for our reservation, which was no problem, but the manager Ben and our waitress Lisha really went out of way to take and care of us while we waited! The food here is so good and I highly recommend trying the prosciutto, the arancini, and and any of the pizzas( I got the Quattro Formaggi 😋) Definitely will be coming back!

A wonderful place to eat on a beautiful summer day in Boulder, after walking the Pearl Street Mall. I indulged in a delectable margarita pizza here, baked in a wood-fired oven that heated it up to 800 or 900 degrees Fahrenheit for a short period of time. The oven was imported from Naples, and theu drizzled the pizza with olive oil from Sicily. I loved the mix of doughy crust and a bit of char. There are few things more delightful than an upscale, elegant pizzeria in a college town, and this one certainly fits that category. I do wish it had a little stronger atmosphere, but that's nitpicking. The food is great, the business is well-run and elegant, and I guarantee you will love it here if you are one of the 90% of people that adores pizza.

Minimal vegan options, but really good. Marinara pizza with delicious dough. Cauliflower appetizer was also delicious. Best negroni.

Amazing pizza!! Dough is so soft, fluffy, and delicious. There is a gluten-free option for an extra charge, which is pretty tasty as well but a bit thicker and crunchier. The heirloom tomato and burrata salad was very refreshing. They didn’t have tiramisu that day so I’ll be back to try that. On the pricier side, but you can tell they use great quality ingredients and everything was delicious.

I keep forgetting about this place. Love the appetizers and the pizza. The downside is the pizza sometimes is smaller when you takeout, but love the arancini, the meatballs, and the Caesar salad. We’re partial to the salsiccia and the pepperoni pizzas. Desserts are pretty good, too! That Nutella crepe is great!

Absolutely delicious pizza made fresh in front of you. All the ingredients are high quality and the dough and cheese are perfect. The Diablo pizza was extremely tasty and the octopus salad as well. Laid back ambience. Very sweet and hard working staff. A must try. Will be back soon

Exceptional experience that one would expect from a restaurant owned by the former wine manager from the legendary French Laundry. Menu offers many selections, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Food exceptional.

My treat for today? Quattro Formaggi pizza with mozzarella, taleggio, gorgonzola, grana padano, Calabrian chili honey. Boom 💥

Dessert, Apeeol Spritz with aperol, prosecco, soda (perfect drink for a 95 degree day in Boulder.

An interesting, and oh-so-roman-catholic vibe in this place! My wife and I sat at the bar with Abby and got cocktails and pizza. Drinks were excellent with creative presentations. Pizza was classic wood fired Neapolitan with elevated ingredients, very solid! Bar staff was very fun, friendly, and accommodating. I will be coming back, however I found the wall art in the bathroom area to be uncomfortable and out of place. There is a picture of a child on the ceiling of the bathroom, it’s really quite weird.

Food was delish! We stopped in here after hiking the Royal Arch Trail and were ready to refuel our bodies. We ordered the meatballs, a spinach salad and the pizza with the Yukon gold potatoes…and all of it was excellent! I was a little skeptical about pizza with potatoes on it but we were pleasantly impressed. The spot is super cute and we were able to walk the Pearl Street Mall after.

Delicious food, from the pizza to all appetizers. Their Aperol spritz is well made and a perfect drink for the warmer weather. The staff is great: professional, friendly and very attentive.

Great Neapolitan pizza with crisp crust that has a slight char. This isn't your typical greasy, cheese loaded pizza, it's light and airy with high quality toppings. We tried the Margherita, Diavola and Salsiccia, all three were excellent. We also ordered the zucchini fritte, super thin crispy slices of fried zucchini with a good spicy aioli sauce. The Budino dessert was good along with the unique yuzu pineapple basil gelato. Drinks and service were also excellent, highly recommend!

Pizzeria Alberico is by far the best pizza experience in Colorado! Whether you’re a local or just visiting Boulder, you have to visit this very chic, welcoming pizzeria with authentic Neapolitan pizza and creative toppings. Be sure to sample their tasty appetizers, especially the handmade arancini and meatballs! Their service is outstanding and the atmosphere makes you want to stay until closing! Ben, the manager, is a friendly, attentive host. I’ll be coming back many times!

Had a great time here, sweet little spot to have a bite. Nice layout through the whole place good music, friendly people and staff. Had the pleasure of having Gigi as our bartender, she made an amazing Negroni for my friends and I. Very knowable in helping us decide what to drink and what spirits to use. 10/10. Tell the boss that Max says you get a rise and a promotion!

Delicious pizza, very well made with extremely rich flavors. Perfect snack after hiking the flat iron trails. Nice and clean establishment with quick service. Felt authentic and hits the perfect spot. You’ll be glad you stopped here for a pizza.

Loved it! Simply delicious. Best ingredients. Salad tasted amazing! And so did the pizza and dessert. Excellent service!

Delicious pizza! I ate almost a whole one myself. Delicious wine as well. We sat outside in one of the globes, which had heating (this was in the late spring) and its own sound system. Perfect for a special date night or when the parents come to town.

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary tonight! The pizza was delightful and they had a fantastic array of small plates. Our server Jaret did an amazing job, from excellent wine service to a detailed explanation of menu items. We were super impressed with the amaro selection and are so excited to come back <3
